Applicant and Manufacturer agree to produce, test, and label ETL Listed products per this report. Authorization is required for alternate parts. Components used must be itemized in this report. The ETL Listing mark usage is controlled by Intertek and must include country identifiers, listing status, control number, and product descriptor.
Manufacturing and Production Tests: Shall be performed as required.
Follow-Up Service: Periodic unannounced audits of manufacturing facilities will be conducted by Intertek to ensure conformance to report descriptions, ETL mark usage, manufacturing changes, and test performance. Non-conformance requires corrective action, removal of the ETL Mark, or contact with the evaluation center.
10.1 Evaluation of Unlisted Components
Unlisted components may require annual testing/evaluation. Instructions are provided for shipping samples to the ETL Component Evaluation Center for re-evaluation.
