The Texas Instruments OPT101 is an integrated device combining a photodiode with a single-supply transimpedance amplifier. This design simplifies light-to-voltage conversion, offering excellent linearity and low dark current. It operates across a wide supply voltage range (2.7 V to 36 V) and features a compact footprint.
