Hardware Overview
The projector is a compact, rectangular device. The rear panel features various ports:
- DC IN: Power input port.
- OPTICAL: Digital audio output port.
- USB2.0: Two USB 2.0 ports for connecting external devices.
- HDMI 1/ARC: HDMI port with Audio Return Channel support.
- HDMI 2: Second HDMI input port.
- LAN: Ethernet port for wired network connection.
- AUDIO: Analog audio output port.
Note: Use HDMI 2.0 cables when using HDMI 2.0 interfaces.
Remote Control
The remote control allows you to operate the projector:
- [power button]: Power On/Off
- [settings button]: Settings Shortcut
- [Google Assistant button]: Google Assistant
- [navigation buttons]: D-Pad for directional control

Getting Started
1. Device On/Off
Connect the device to the power source and press the [power button] to turn it on. When the device is on, press the [power button] again to turn it off.
2. Remote Control Pairing
Place the remote control within 10 cm of the device. Press the [back button] and [menu button] simultaneously until an indicator light begins flashing, indicating pairing mode. A "Ding" sound confirms a successful connection.
If pairing fails, it will exit after 30 seconds. Repeat the above steps.
3. Automatic Focus Adjustment / Remote Focus Adjustment
When the automatic focus adjustment function is enabled, the frame will be adjusted automatically when you turn on the device or move it to another location.
To enable automatic focus, press [focus button]. To enable manual focus adjustment, hold the [focus button]. You can then manually adjust the focus by pressing the left/right navigation buttons or the VOL+/- buttons. Press other buttons to exit.
Advanced Features
4. Automatic Keystone Correction
When the automatic keystone correction function is enabled, the frame will be adjusted automatically if you move the device to another location.
Automatic Obstacle Avoidance: When enabled, the frame will automatically avoid obstacles in the projection area.
Automatic Screen Alignment: When enabled, the frame will automatically match the screen if a 16:9 or 16:10 screen is detected in the projection area.
Press the [home button] on the remote control to enter the "Keystone Correction" page. Select "Auto Keystone Correction" to enable the automatic function. Select "Manual Keystone Correction" to adjust the four points and the size of the frame.

5. Google Assistant
Talk to Google to control your TV using your voice. Press the Google Assistant button on your remote to search for movies and shows, get recommendations, receive answers, and control smart home devices.
6. Bluetooth Speaker
Use your mobile device's Bluetooth settings to search for "XGIMI HORIZON PRO" or "XGIMI HORIZON" to pair with the device and play songs.
If you need to turn off the projection frame during music playback, press the [power button] and select "Display Off".
7. More Settings
At any interface, press the [menu button] on the remote control to quickly set your device. To configure more settings, go to the "All Settings" page.
Brightness and Color
Select a brightness mode, such as Standard, Bright, or Eye-Protection, and adjust the brightness level. If the "Environmental Adaptation" function is enabled, the device can automatically adjust the brightness based on the ambient brightness.
Image Mode
Select different image modes for different scenarios, such as Movie, Football, Office, and Game, to adjust the image parameters of the video or signal source. A low-latency option is available in game mode.
Sound Effect
Select different sound effects in different scenarios, such as Movie, Music, and Sport, to enjoy the optimal sound experience.
Focus Calibration
If the automatic focus adjustment function is not performing well after long-term use, you can tune it through "Focus Calibration". Note: When calibrating, ensure the device is in the front projection state and is 1 to 2 meters away from the wall or screen.
Keystone Calibration
If you are not satisfied with the effect of the automatic keystone correction function, you can recalibrate it through "Keystone Calibration". Note: When calibrating, ensure the device is in the front projection state and is 1 to 2 meters away from the wall or screen.
Gyro Calibration
If the automatic keystone correction function's performance degrades after long-term use, you can recalibrate the gyro through "Gyro Calibration" to optimize the effect. Note: Ensure the device is placed horizontally during calibration.

8. Online Upgrade
Check for the latest version and upgrade the system through "Settings" -> "Device Preferences" -> "About" -> "System Update".
9. Chromecast Built-in™
Easily cast your favorite movies, music, and more to your TV with Chromecast built-in. Simply tap the Cast button from apps you already know and love to stream entertainment from your phone, tablet, or laptop to the TV. While you're streaming, you can continue using your phone for other things, such as scrolling through social media, sending texts, and even accepting calls.
Important Precautions
Correct Use of the Device
- Do not face the lens into eyes, as the strong projector light may cause injury.
- Do not block the air inlet/outlet of the device to avoid damage to internal electronic devices due to heat dissipation failure.
- Do not wipe the lens directly with cleaning tools like paper or cloth, as this may damage the lens. Clean dust on the lens surface with clean air blowing.
- Do not wash the device with chemicals, detergents, or any liquid to prevent corrosion of the circuit board by water, moisture, or mineral-containing liquids.
- Keep the device and its components and accessories out of reach of children.
- Ensure the device is used in a dry and ventilated environment.
- Do not store the device in overheated or overcooled places, as extreme temperatures will shorten the life of electronic devices. Place and use the device in an environment between 0°C and 40°C.
- Do not put the device into any heating equipment (such as a dryer or microwave oven) for drying.
- Do not apply excessive force to the device or place barriers on or behind it to avoid damage.
- Do not throw, strike, or sharply vibrate the device to avoid damage to the internal circuit board.
- Do not attempt to disassemble and reassemble the device yourself. If any issue occurs, please contact XGIMI after-sales service.
- Do not repair the product yourself. If the device or any component cannot work properly, consult XGIMI after-sales service in a timely manner or return it to the factory for repair.
Regulatory Information
FCC Warning
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may result in undesired operation. User manuals shall remind users that intentional or unintentional modification and replacement of radiators without explicit approval from the responsible compliance party may prevent the user from operating the device.
This device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These restrictions are aimed at providing reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. If installation and use are not made according to the instructions, the device may generate and radiate radio frequency energy and may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If the device does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the device off and on, users are encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reposition the receiving antenna.
- Increase the distance between the device and the receiver.
- Connect the device into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult distributors or an experienced radio/television technician for help.
This device operates in the 2.4 GHz (2402-2480 MHz, 2412-2462 MHz) band or 5 GHz (5.180 GHz-5.240 GHz, 5.260 GHz-5.320 GHz, 5.500 GHz-5.700 GHz, 5.745 GHz-5.825 GHz) band.
CE Maintenance
1. Use caution with earphones; excessive sound pressure can cause hearing loss.
2. The product shall only be connected to a USB interface of version USB 2.0.
3. The adapter shall be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.
4. EUT Operating temperature range: 0°C-40°C.

7. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

This product is allowed to be used in some EU member states. Operations in the 5.15-5.25 GHz band are restricted to indoor usage only. This frequency applies to specific Member States or geographical areas with restrictions on service authorization.

Radiation Exposure Statement
For the remote control, this device complies with FCC and IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. The transmitter shall not be placed or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
For the LED projector, the device meets FCC radiation exposure limits specified for uncontrolled environments. In the installation and operation of the device, the distance between the radiator and body should be at least 20 cm.
Notes: The 5150-5250 MHz frequency range is only for indoor use. This frequency applies to specific Member States or geographical areas where restrictions on putting into service or requirements for authorization of use exist.
Disposal Instructions for Used Products
The product is designed and manufactured with high quality materials and components that are recyclable.

*Only use attachments/accessories specified or provided by the manufacturer (such as the exclusive supply adapter etc).
*Beware that this product may emit harmful light radiation.
Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution)
[TÜV Rheinland logo] Certified. Excessive blue light from display products can cause eye fatigue, insomnia, and other adverse reactions. This product features a low blue light TÜV Rheinland certified hardware solution, which reduces blue light component technology to mitigate eye fatigue and other adverse reactions to some extent.
In order to protect your eyesight, it is still recommended to avoid watching for long periods. If you feel eye strain, it can be relieved by looking into the distance or doing eye health exercises.
