Thank you for choosing this Norauto product. It is designed to the highest quality standards. Please read the operation manual carefully before using and operating the unit. Heed all warnings. If the device is passed on to another person, this manual must be handed over to the user along with it. Please keep this manual handy for future reference.

Intended Use

  • This inflator is intended for 12 Volt DC operation only.
  • This inflator is designed to inflate bike tyres, sports equipment, air mattresses, beach toys, and other inflatables.
  • This appliance is only intended for private use and is not suitable for professional operation.
  • The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper usage, incorrect operation, or non-compliance with this manual.

Safety Instructions

WARNING! Please carefully read the manual included with this product. Misuse of the unit could cause property/equipment damage and/or personal injury.

  1. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Prior to operation, inspect the appliance and its accessories for physical damage before each use. In case of any damage, dispose of the appliance.
  2. Regularly check the cigarette lighter plug and supply cord for damage. The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the supply cord is damaged, the appliance should be scrapped.
  3. Do not over-inflate products beyond the manufacturer's recommendations.
  4. Do not allow the inflator or its components to get wet.
  5. Do not operate the inflator in wet or damp areas.
  6. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
  7. Keep the inflator away from flammable areas/liquids at all times.
  8. Do not leave the inflator unattended while in operation.
  9. After using, turn off the unit.
  10. Always disconnect power when not in use.
  11. Never allow children to handle and operate this inflator. Close supervision is necessary when this inflator is being used near children.
  12. The inflator is not a toy. Keep away from children and pets at all times.
  13. Do not use this inflator in extremely hot conditions.
  14. Do not use this product for any purpose other than inflating. If you do so, personal injury can occur.
  15. Do not disassemble or tamper with this inflator.
  16. If the inflator emits abnormal sounds or overheats, turn it off immediately and let it cool off for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  17. When operating the inflator, do not run for more than 10 minutes of continuous use. Allow the inflator to cool down for 10 minutes before re-using.
  18. Inspect the inflator before each use. If cracked, broken, or damaged parts are found, qualified technicians should repair them.
  19. Never expose the inflator to rain, frost, or temperatures above 40°C or below -30°C. When it is under 0°C, warm up the product by running it without a load to protect the control system against being inoperative.
  20. Never use on people or animals.
  21. Make sure the cord is not exposed to hot objects, oil, or sharp edges.
  22. Do not carry the inflator by the air hose or power cord, as damage may occur.
  23. Warning! For your own safety, only use accessories and parts specified in the instructions or recommended by the manufacturer.
  24. Operate the inflator only with the included accessories.
  25. Warning! For vehicles, it is mandatory to check tire pressure with a homologated manometer. The device's manometer, while good quality, is not homologated and therefore NOT SUITABLE FOR INFLATING CAR TIRES.
  26. Warning! Do not connect to a 24 Volt DC lighter socket.

Inflating Function

Follow these steps to inflate:

  1. Connect the 12V power cord into the DC 12V power outlet.
  2. Screw the air hose onto the tire's air valve by twisting clockwise until securely attached.
  3. The working light will illuminate once power is connected.
  4. Press the On/Off switch to start inflating. Once the desired pressure is reached, press the switch again to stop.
  5. Remove the quick connector from the tire and screw on the valve cap.

Cable Note: Cables should be straight, untangled, and in the correct direction. If a cable is stuck, do not wind it. Try to pull it out, straighten it, and then wind it slowly.

Accessories Usage Reference

The inflator comes with accessories for various items:

  • Ring/Float: For pressures between 0.34-0.90 BAR / 5-13 PSI.
  • Ball: For pressures between 1.60-3.20 BAR / 23-46 PSI.
  • Bicycle Tire: For pressures between 6.20-6.90 BAR / 90-100 PSI.

Care and Maintenance

  1. Keep the inflator clean and dry.
  2. To clean, use slightly damp cotton fabrics. Do not use acetone or abrasive cleaners.
  3. Always store in a protective pouch to guard against damage.
  4. Do not submerge in water or other liquids. Do not store in damp places or direct sunlight.
  5. Check the product and its accessories frequently before use. If the product does not work, check that the fuse is not damaged. If so, use the provided spare fuse or purchase a new one.

Fuse Replacement

To replace the fuse:

  1. Unscrew the head of the cigarette lighter plug and remove the old fuse.
  2. Replace with the new fuse and screw the cigarette lighter plug head back on.
