DocumentDocument108S Conversion Kit for Schlage® and Corbin Russwin Cylinders When used in 5300LN, 4700LN, or NexTouch® Series Cylindrical Locks Installation Instructions 1. Remove the key from the cylinder. 2. Remove threaded collar and tailpiece. 3. Install tailpiece with threaded collar. (Adjust collar for proper end play of plug.) 4. Attach adapter sleeve on the cylinder and slide cylinder into cylinder sleeve (if required for fit). 5. Follow instructions packed with lock to install cylinder into lever handle. Tailpiece 14-5407-0460 Threaded Collar Adapter Sleeve 14-5407-9101 Cylinder Cylinder Sleeve If Required 14-5305-9078 Note: 4700LN and NexTouch® series manufactured since 2021 no longer require the cylinder sleeve. The sleeve is only required on legacy models of these series.
