Charging the Charging Case
Connect the charging case to a 5V power adapter using the provided Type-C charging cable. Rated input: 5V 30mA (Headphone), 5V 300mA (Charging case). Tip: When the charging box cover is closed and the indicator light flashes ice-blue, please charge the charging box.
Product Operating Instructions
1. Power On
Method 1: Open the top cover of the charging case, take out the headset; it will turn on automatically.
Method 2: Long press the MFB button of the left/right headset for about 3 seconds.
2. Power Off
Method 1: Put the earphones back into the charging case; they will turn off automatically.
Method 2: The device automatically shuts down after 3 minutes of disconnection from the Bluetooth device.
3. Pairing
Step one: Open the top cover of the charging case, take out the headset and turn it on automatically.
Step two: Open the Bluetooth list on your smart device, search for "Monster Maxstar MQO36" to pair. A "Connected" tone will be heard upon successful connection.
Note: Headphones will attempt to reconnect to the device within 3 minutes when connection is lost. Fully charge the headphones and power off before an intended period of not being in use. Unplug the charging cable after charging.
Operation
Voice Assistant
Long press left MFB for 2 seconds.
Volume Control
Volume +: Click right MFB.
Volume -: Click left MFB.
Music Playback
Pause/Play: Double click Left/Right MFB.
Last song: Triple click left MFB.
Next song: Triple click right MFB.
Phone Calls
Answer/Hang up: Double click the left/right MFB.
Reject call: Long press left/right MFB for 2 seconds.
Mode Switching
Game mode: Long press right earphone MFB for 2 seconds.
Music mode: Long press right earphone MFB for 2 seconds.
Restore Factory Settings
1. If the headset is not paired with a Bluetooth device after powering on, pair the left/right headset successfully. Then, click the left/right headset 5 times to turn it off (clearing all pairing and connection information).
2. In the connected state, tap the left and right headphones five times, then long press for 10 seconds within 3 seconds, and then power off (clearing all pairing and connection information).
Headset Wearing Instructions
Follow these steps for a secure and comfortable fit:
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
- Using the illustrated method, hold both sides of the earphone stem with your thumb and index finger, and use your middle finger to push open the front and rear earphone cover parts to maintain this state.
- For example, the left earbud covers on both sides of the ear are clamped on both sides of the ear. Adjust to the middle and lower position of the ear, aligning the speaker's sound outlet with the ear canal. Repeat for the right ear.
- Take the left ear as an example, wear headphones to enjoy your music.
Precautions
- Avoid using headphones at high volume for extended periods.
- Keep headphones away from dust and water.
- Do not disassemble the headphones or accessories; this will void the warranty.
- Keep headphones away from any impact or vibration.
- Do not use chemical solvents or cleaning agents on the headphones.
- Clean charging contacts regularly with alcohol using a cotton swab for smooth charging and to avoid poor contact.
- Battery safety: Do not expose to heat, disassemble, puncture, or incinerate. Do not use if swollen. Do not place in high-temperature environments or use after water immersion.
- Due to the wireless connection, slight audio delays may occur due to environmental factors, phone brand, or usage behavior. This is normal.
Warnings
1. Do not use headphones at high volume for an extended period.
2. Keep the headphones away from dust and water.
3. Do not disassemble the headphones and accessories, otherwise warranty will be voided.
4. Keep headphones away from any impact or vibration.
