Installation Guide
Step 1: Inspect the cable clamp for any signs of dirt, damage, or wear.
Step 2: Insert the cable through one side of the clamp.
Step 3: Wrap the cable around the suspension point, then insert it through the opposite side of the clamp.
Step 4: Adjust the cable to the desired length.
Step 5: Push down the clamp socket as shown to release the cable.
Step 6: Attach the suspension cable to the center hole of the speaker bracket. The safety cable can be attached to either of the secondary holes.
Euroblock Connector and Tap Selector:
- Remove the Euroblock connector from the socket.
- Pass the cable through the rubber input seal, and connect the Euroblock connector to the cable, observing correct polarity.
- For amplifier connection, use pins 1 and 2: Pin 1 is positive (+), Pin 2 is negative (-). For connecting to additional speakers in a distributed line, pins 3 and 4 are in parallel: Pin 3 is negative (-), Pin 4 is positive (+).
- Connect the Euroblock connector and replace the rubber input seal to ensure the speaker is properly sealed.
The speakers are supplied in low impedance mode. Do not connect the speakers to a 70/100 Volt amplifier while set to low impedance.
OCV6 and OCV8 models feature a 60W transformer. When used in a distributed line system, the transformer can be tapped at 60W, 30W, and 15W. An additional 7.5W tap is available for 70.7V line systems.
