System Connection
Please follow these instructions to connect your TV, power, network, and other devices. Note: Please turn off all equipment before connecting.
- Connect the TV with an HD Cable.
- Connect the power adapter to the device and plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect the Ethernet cable for network connection (optional, Wi-Fi is also available).
- Power on the TV BOX.
Bluetooth Pairing Method
For initial pairing:
- Place the remote control near the TV box.
- Press and hold the [LEFT Arrow] and [RIGHT Arrow] buttons on the remote control simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds.
- The red indicator light on the remote control will flash continuously.
- Release the buttons to automatically enter pairing mode.
For subsequent pairing (Bluetooth reconnection):
- Press any button on the remote control to reconnect.
Remote Indicator Status
- Infrared Status: When infrared is emitted, the LED blinks 2 times continuously when a key is pressed; the LED goes out when the key is released.
- Bluetooth Status: When sending Bluetooth signals, the LED will be on when the button is pressed; the LED will be off when the button is released.
Troubleshooting
- No display after power on? Confirm your device is connected to the TV correctly and that the TV is set to the appropriate HD input source.
- TV has images but no sound? Ensure your TV is not muted and the volume is turned up.
- Fail to connect to the network? Verify the Ethernet cable is properly connected. If using Wi-Fi, ensure it is functional and the TV box has a strong signal from your router.
- Remote control failure?
- Replace the batteries in the remote control with new ones, ensuring correct polarity.
- Make sure the remote control is within the operational range of the TV box.
- Navigate to the Settings menu to unpair and then re-pair the remote control.
