System Connection

Please follow these instructions to connect your TV, power, network, and other devices. Note: Please turn off all equipment before connecting.

1. Connect the TV with an HD Cable.
2. Connect the power adapter to the device and plug it into a power outlet.
3. Connect the Ethernet cable for network connection (optional, Wi-Fi is also available).
4. Power on the TV BOX.

Bluetooth Pairing Method

For initial pairing:

1. Place the remote control near the TV box.
2. Press and hold the [LEFT Arrow] and [RIGHT Arrow] buttons on the remote control simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds.
3. The red indicator light on the remote control will flash continuously.
4. Release the buttons to automatically enter pairing mode.

For subsequent pairing (Bluetooth reconnection):

1. Press any button on the remote control to reconnect.

Remote Indicator Status

• Infrared Status: When infrared is emitted, the LED blinks 2 times continuously when a key is pressed; the LED goes out when the key is released.
• Bluetooth Status: When sending Bluetooth signals, the LED will be on when the button is pressed; the LED will be off when the button is released.

Troubleshooting

• No display after power on? Confirm your device is connected to the TV correctly and that the TV is set to the appropriate HD input source.
• TV has images but no sound? Ensure your TV is not muted and the volume is turned up.
• Fail to connect to the network? Verify the Ethernet cable is properly connected. If using Wi-Fi, ensure it is functional and the TV box has a strong signal from your router.
• Remote control failure?
  • Replace the batteries in the remote control with new ones, ensuring correct polarity.
  • Make sure the remote control is within the operational range of the TV box.
  • Navigate to the Settings menu to unpair and then re-pair the remote control.
