Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI car tire compressor. This product is a programmable tire compressor with a high-quality digital display. The digital screen can be used to monitor air pressure during inflation. Once the preset air pressure is reached, the compressor will automatically shut off. The intelligent design of the product allows the hose and cigarette lighter plug to be stored inside the product itself.

• Keep the compressor away from heat sources, such as the car's exhaust pipe. Do not use the compressor near flammable liquids or gases. Keep the compressor away from flames, corrosive liquids, and strong magnetic fields.
• Do not disassemble the compressor.
• Check the exterior of the compressor before use to ensure it is intact. Do not use if there are any damaged parts.
• Risk of electric shock: do not use the compressor if it is damaged or if the cables are exposed.
• Do not over-inflate tires. High pressure can cause injury.
• Do not point the nozzle at people or parts of the human body. Small accessories are included: please keep them out of the reach of children.
• Check the preset pressure value before use. The preset pressure value should conform to that of the object to be inflated.
• This product is compatible with cars, SUVs, motorcycles, and bicycles. It is also suitable for inflatable rafts, basketballs, soccer balls, and more. The product is not compatible with large products or high-pressure items.
• Please do not use the compressor in the rain or near liquids. Do not store the compressor in environments with high temperatures or excessive humidity.
• Disconnect the compressor from any power source when not in use.
• In case of continuous use, the compressor may overheat. Please be careful when touching the compressor during or after use.
• Please let the compressor cool down for at least 10 minutes every 15 minutes of use.
• PSI, Bar, kPa, and kg/cm² are units of measurement, not pressure levels.
• Do not use the compressor with 24V car adapters. Connect the compressor to a 12V DC, 15A cigarette lighter socket.
• Move the product by lifting it by the handle. Do not drag the compressor by pulling the power cord or air hose.
• Do not use chemical substances to clean the compressor. Use only mild soap and a damp cloth with warm water to clean plastic parts.

Instructions

1. Ensure the car engine is running before turning on the compressor.
2. Remove the cigarette lighter plug and the quick connector from their storage slots. Insert the cigarette lighter plug into the car's 12V socket. The screen and flashlight will illuminate after receiving power.
3. Press the "R" button for units to select the desired unit of measurement (4 options available: PSI, Bar, kPa, kg/cm²).
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired pressure. Follow the instructions inside the driver's side door to know the tire pressure. Ensure the preset pressure is higher than the tire's current pressure.
5. Remove the tire valve cap and connect the nozzle to the valve. Tip: For a better seal during nozzle use, align the valve, press, and turn the small lever on the nozzle.
6. Move the power button to the "I" position to start inflating.
7. Once inflation is complete, move the power button to the "O" position to turn off the product.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

The compressor does not inflate

• Ensure the fuse is inserted correctly; replace the fuse if necessary.
• Check the car's cigarette lighter fuse: it must be rated at 15A.
• Ensure the cigarette lighter plug and the 12V socket are properly connected.
• The preset pressure for the tire may be lower than the current pressure. Increase the preset pressure until it reaches the manufacturer's recommended level.

The compressor operates abnormally

• The inflation nozzle is not correctly connected to the tire valve.
• The cigarette lighter plug is not correctly connected to the 12V socket.
• The preset pressure for the tire may be lower than the current pressure. Increase the preset pressure until it reaches the manufacturer's recommended level.

Air leak from the hose

Ensure the inflation nozzle and the tire valve are correctly connected.

Slow inflation

• The inflation nozzle is not correctly connected to the tire valve.
• Excessive use will slow down the compressor's inflation speed. Allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes.

Recycling

The product can be disposed of at the end of its useful life. Please recycle recyclable parts according to local guidelines.
