Preparation

Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts are present. Compare parts with the packaged contents list and diagram. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble. Contact customer service for replacement parts via telephone or email.

Tools required for assembly: Phillips screwdriver (not included) and Wrench (not included).

Estimated assembly time: 40 minutes.

Note: The right and left sides of the boiler are designed as if you are facing the front of the boiler.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Turn the main body (1) upside down on a cardboard or non-abrasive surface. Insert the heat shield (2) to the fryer burner with a bolt (I).

Step 2

Insert the mid panel (3) to the main body (1) with 6 bolts (A).

Step 3

Install the burner (4) to the main body with 4 bolts (A) as shown.

Step 4

Open the preassembly ignitor cap and nut. Insert the ignitor (5) to the cart front panel and fix with a nut. Install an AA battery (not included) into the ignitor with the positive end facing up.

Step 5

Insert the electrode wire to the ignitor.

Step 6

Install the base plate (6) onto the cart with 4 bolts (A).

Step 7

Connect the fryer regulator kit (7) to the fryer burner with 2 bolts (A).

Step 8

Install the caster wheels (8) into the main body. Slide the wheel axle (10) through the body. Slide the spacers (D) prior to installing the steel wheels (9). Secure the wheels by inserting the split pins (C) on the axle.

Step 9

Turn over the main body. Install the front panel - boiler (11) to the main body with 2 bolts (B).

Step 10

Install the back panel - boiler (12) to the main body and secure it with 2 bolts (B).

Step 11

Install the tube support - boilers (13) onto the cart with 8 bolts (B). Ensure the hole faces upwards.

Step 12

Insert the drain valve as indicated by the arrow. Then, place the boiler body (14) into the cart with 2 bolts (A).

Step 13

Insert the side handle (15) to the upper position for transportation, and the lower position for dumping.

Step 14

Install the lid handles (16) to the lid with 4 bolts (F) and 4 nuts (G).

Install lift handles (17) to the basket with 4 bolts (F).

Step 16

Install the bracket - left (19) and bracket - right (20) to the front table (18) with 4 bolts (A).

Step 17

Install the front table (18) to the cart with 4 bolts (H).

Step 18

Install the divide panel (21) to the cart with 4 bolts (H).

Step 19

Install the heat plate (22) to the side cart with 2 bolts (A).

Step 20

Slide the paddle (23) into the cart bottom slot storage. Install the bottom beam (24) onto the cart with 4 bolts (E).
