Introducing GM 24 Pro
The General Mobile GM 24 Pro comes with pre-installed apps like Google and YouTube, and receives updates from General Mobile. The GM 24 Pro also includes essential Google apps and allows you to download thousands of games from Google Play.

Installing Device
Turning the device on and off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on.
Device Overview:
- Speaker: Located at the top and bottom of the device.
- Sensor: Positioned at the top of the device.
- Front Camera: Located at the top center of the front display.
- Sim Socket: On the side of the device, used for inserting SIM and MicroSD cards.
- Volume Key: On the side of the device, used to adjust volume.
- Power Key: On the side of the device, used to turn the device on/off and lock/unlock the screen.
- Camera: Rear camera module on the back of the device.
- Flash: Integrated with the rear camera.
- Jack Input: Typically for audio or other connections, located at the bottom.
- Charge Port (Type-C): The multipurpose jack at the bottom for charging.
Installing the SIM or MicroSD Card
Insert the nano-SIM card provided by your mobile service provider. Use the provided ejection pin to open the SIM tray. Ensure the ejection pin is inserted perpendicular to the hole. Once the tray is ejected, place the nano-SIM card correctly and reinsert the tray into the SIM card slot. Only nano-SIM cards are compatible with this device; using other types may damage the device.
The SIM tray typically accommodates one nano-SIM and one MicroSD card, or two nano-SIM cards, depending on the configuration.
Charging the Battery
Use only General Mobile-approved chargers, batteries, and Type-C cables. Using unapproved accessories may cause the battery to explode or damage the device. Connect the Type-C cable to the Type-C power adapter and then plug the other end into the device's multipurpose jack (charging port).
