Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Feet to Legs
Attach the feet (D) to the bottom of the left lifting column (A) and the right lifting column (B) using the specified screws (e.g., M8x40). Ensure the feet are oriented correctly.
Step 2: Assemble Frame
Connect the crossbar (C) between the two lifting columns (A and B). Secure it using the appropriate screws (e.g., M6x35). Attach the support frame (F) to the top of the lifting columns.
Step 3: Install Control Box and Tray
Mount the control box (E) and the cable management tray (J) onto the crossbar (C) using the provided screws.
Step 4: Attach Desktop Brackets
Attach the desktop brackets (O) to the top of the lifting columns (A and B) using screws (e.g., M5x16). The quantity of brackets (O) and the specific screws may vary based on the desk size (e.g., 10 brackets for 40"/48" desks, 11 for 55"/63" desks).
Step 5: Prepare Desktop
Place the desktop (H) upside down on a protected surface. Align the assembled frame onto the desktop.
Step 6: Attach Desktop to Frame
Secure the desktop (H) to the frame and brackets (O) using the appropriate screws. The quantity and type of screws (e.g., M5x16, M4x15) vary depending on the desk size. Refer to diagrams for specific screw counts for your desk model.
Step 7: Install Keyboard Tray and Hook
Attach the keyboard tray (I) to the underside of the desktop using screws (e.g., M3.5x14). Attach the hook (M) to the side of the desktop using screws (e.g., M3.5x14).
Step 8: Connect Motors and Control Panel
Connect the motor cables from the lifting columns (A and B) to the control box (E). Connect the control panel to the control box (E) using its cable.
Step 9: Manage Cables
Use the cable clips (K) to route and secure the cables along the frame and desktop for a tidy appearance.
Step 10: Install Desk Grommets
Insert the desk grommets (L) into the pre-drilled holes on the desktop (H) for cable pass-through.
Step 11: Attach Cable Holder
Attach the cable holder (N) to the underside of the desktop using screws (e.g., M4x15).
Step 12: Connect Power
Plug the power cord into the control box (E) and then into a wall outlet.
