How to Pair Your Twiins® HF Device with Your Phone

Pairing Process

? Pairing is a process that only needs to be completed once. When paired, devices connect automatically when switched on.

? Depending on your phone's Operating System version, you may need to toggle your phone's Bluetooth® off and on again during the initial search for the Twiins® device. This is normal and should only occur during the first pairing.

Step 1: Initial Pairing

With the device switched OFF, press and hold the control button (1b) for six seconds until the LED indicator (1a) begins flashing red and blue. Your phone will find the device under the name "HANDSFREE HF". Select the device and, if necessary, enter the access code: 0000.

Step 2: Answering a Call

Step 3: Rejecting a Call

Press the control button (1b) twice, as soon as you hear the acoustic signal for an incoming call.

Step 3: Search for Pairing (Device)

With the device switched OFF, press and hold the control button (1b) for six seconds until the LED indicator (1a) begins flashing in red and blue. Your Twiins® HF device is now in searching mode, ready to be paired again.

Turn on the Bluetooth® signal of Phone #1. Your Twiins® Hands-Free device will now be paired to both phones.

? When the Twiins® device is paired with another Twiins® device in INTERCOM TO PASSENGER mode, it can only be connected to one phone.

Using Navigation on Your Twiins® HF Device

Mapping Your Ride

? Twiins® HF devices only transmit the audio from your phone or external navigator. Twiins does not have any navigation function.

Adjusting the Volume on Your Twiins® HF Device

The Twiins® HF devices are pre-programmed with a volume level allowing for optimal listening at speeds of up to 50mph or 80mph, depending on the Twiins® model. To adjust the volume, use the volume controls on your cell phone or whatever device Twiins® is connected to.

? Volume perception may vary depending on the position and separation of the speakers from your ear, as well as the type of helmet and motorcycle, and external conditions.

Listening to Music on Your Twiins® HF Device

Once the Twiins HF device is paired to your mobile phone, activate music on the phone, and it will immediately be heard through the Twiins® device. Music and volume can only be controlled from the phone or emitting device, depending on its features and configuration.

? While listening to music, all call features remain active. In case you receive an incoming call, music will pause. When the call ends, playback will resume. Likewise, music will resume after making a call.

Taking and Making Calls on Your Twiins® HF Device
