Basic Controls

Shoulder Buttons: LB, RB

Menu Buttons: Menu, BACK, START

Key Functions and Operations

• Power On: Short press HOME button.
• Power Off: BACK + B (long press for 3s).
• Force Pairing: HOME button (long press for 5s) in current mode.
• Handle Light On/Off: Short press TURBO button.
• TURBO On/Off: TURBO + A/B/X/Y/LB/LT/RT/RB.
• Clear Pairing Data: POWER ON WITH RB + BACK + RS + HOME.
• Calibration Mode (Triggers and Sticks): BACK + START + RS. Rotate sticks 3 times, press triggers 3 times, then press BACK + START + RS again to finish.
• Calibration Mode (Motion Sensors): POWER ON WITH Y + X + HOME. Put gamepad on a flat surface for 5 seconds.
• Auto Power Off: Power off after 10 minutes of no input (adjustable).
• Auto Power Off (Disconnected): Power off after 2 minutes of no input while disconnected.

Connection Methods

Wireless Connection

1. Insert the receiver into the USB port.
2. Short press HOME button to power on.
3. If successful, the gamepad will vibrate briefly and the light will stay red for 7 seconds.
4. The gamepad automatically connects to the last paired device on subsequent power-ons in this mode.

Wired Connection

1. Connect the PC and gamepad with a USB cable.
2. While the gamepad is powered off, short press HOME button to power on. A short vibration indicates a successful connection.

Bluetooth Connection (PC)

1. In any mode, connect the PC and gamepad with a USB cable.
2. While the gamepad is powered off, short press HOME button to power on.
3. On your PC, go to Settings -> Bluetooth & Other Devices -> Add a Device, and select "XBOX WIRELESS CONTROLLER" to connect.
4. If successful, the gamepad will vibrate briefly and the light will stay yellow for 7 seconds.
5. The gamepad automatically connects to the last paired device on subsequent power-ons in this mode.

Bluetooth Connection (Switch)

1. Start your Switch, navigate to the HOME menu, select the gamepad icon, then go to "Controllers" -> "Change Grip/Order".
2. Short press HOME button to power up the gamepad. The gamepad will connect automatically. If successful, the light will stay blue for 7 seconds.
3. The gamepad automatically connects to the last paired Switch on subsequent power-ons in NS mode.

Bluetooth Connection (Phone/Tablet - Android)

1. Push the Mode Switch on the back to the appropriate Bluetooth mode (e.g., BFM).
2. Short press HOME button to power on.
3. Open your device's Bluetooth discovery menu and select "BTP-KP20 BFM" (or similar) from the device list.
4. If successful, the gamepad will vibrate briefly and the light will stay green for 7 seconds.
5. The gamepad automatically connects to the last paired device on subsequent power-ons in this mode.

Bluetooth Connection (Phone/Tablet - iOS)

1. Push the Mode Switch on the back to the appropriate Bluetooth mode.
2. Short press HOME button to power on.
3. Open your device's Bluetooth discovery menu and select "XBOX WIRELESS CONTROLLER" (or similar) from the device list.
4. If successful, the gamepad will vibrate briefly and the light will stay green for 7 seconds.
5. The gamepad automatically connects to the last paired device on subsequent power-ons in this mode.

Bluetooth Connection (Android TV/Android Mapper)

1. Push the Mode Switch on the back to the appropriate Bluetooth mode.
2. Short press HOME button to power on.
3. Open your device's Bluetooth discovery menu and select "XBOX WIRELESS CONTROLLER" (or similar) from the device list.
4. If successful, the gamepad will vibrate briefly and the light will stay green for 7 seconds.
5. The gamepad automatically connects to the last paired device on subsequent power-ons in this mode.

Wireless/Bluetooth Mode Switching

The gamepad supports four wireless modes: Receiver, XINPUT Bluetooth, SWITCH Bluetooth, and BFM Bluetooth. Long press the HOME button for 5 seconds to enter forced pairing in the current mode. Switching the mode lever attempts reconnection to the previously connected device.

Charging Guide

Battery Status Indicators:

• Less than 20%: Flashing red light.
• Charging: Solid red light.
• Charging Complete: Light turns off after 7 seconds (or changes to user-defined light if powered on).

Note: The default charging light is red. Light colors can be customized using the BEITONG Gamepad Assistant.

FAQ

Q: My gamepad is not connecting wirelessly.

A: This is usually due to signal jamming or low battery. Try the following:

1. Ensure the gamepad is sufficiently charged. Try reconnecting after charging for over an hour.
2. Try a different USB port (USB 3.0 recommended).
3. If issues persist, contact technical support via beitong-oversea@betop-cn.com.

Q: What kind of charger should I use?

A: A standard 5V 1A-2A charger is recommended.

Q: How do I upgrade firmware?

A: Install the BEITONG Gamepad Assistant and follow the software instructions.

Q: The analog stick is stuck or does not center properly?

A: 1) Try forcing the stick back to the center and pressing down slightly harder to re-center it. 2) If this doesn't work, contact customer support at beitong-oversea@betop-cn.com.
