Mains Plug and Lead
Always insert the mains plug fully into the socket. Disconnect by pulling the plug, not the cord. Keep the plug accessible at all times. Do not damage the mains lead. Avoid placing the lead near heat sources or where it can be pinched, twisted, bent, or stretched. Do not use damaged plugs or sockets. Ensure the TV does not crush the mains lead. Do not use any mains lead other than the one provided.
General Warnings
Do not remove covers or modify the TV yourself, as live parts are accessible. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Avoid exposure to rain, excessive moisture, dripping or splashing water. Do not place liquid-filled objects on or above the TV. Do not insert foreign objects into air vents. Be aware of potential insect entry which may cause damage. Use only approved pedestals or wall-mounting brackets. Do not apply strong force or impact to the display panel. Ensure children do not climb on the TV. Do not place the TV on sloping or unstable surfaces or where it may overhang the edge.
Stability Hazard
A TV may fall, causing serious injury or death. Use recommended cabinets, stands, or mounting methods. Ensure furniture can safely support the TV and that it is not overhanging. Educate children about climbing dangers. Route cables safely to prevent tripping. Never place the TV in an unstable location or on tall furniture without anchoring. Do not place the TV on cloth or other materials between the TV and furniture. Keep tempting items (toys, remotes) away from the top of the TV.

Moving the TV
Disconnect all cables before moving. At least two people are required to prevent injury. Do not hold the screen part when moving. Transport only in an upright position. Do not place temporarily on the floor or desk. Assemble the pedestal before removing the TV from the carton. Be careful not to impact bottom components when moving.
When Not in Use for a Long Time
Unplug the mains plug from the wall socket to prevent power consumption in Off mode.
Excessive Volume
Do not expose ears to excessive headphone volume, as irreversible damage can occur. If you hear a drumming noise, turn down the volume or stop using headphones.
Battery for the Remote Control
Keep batteries out of reach of children. Use only the specified battery type. Do not mix old/new or different battery types. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Do not burn or break up batteries.
