Installation

Installing the Handle

Insert the end of the handle vertically into the opening in the upper part of the device, as shown in the figure, and push the handle in until it clicks.

Note: To remove the handle, press the contact in the rear opening of the vacuum cleaner and pull the handle upwards simultaneously.

Installing the Dirt Container Filter Frame

Remove the dirty water tank and lift the tank lid to install the dirt container filter frame.

Note: If the dirt container filter frame is not installed, other functions of the device may work correctly, but solid waste cannot be separated.

Charging

  1. Place the charging dock on a horizontal surface perpendicular to the wall and connect it to the power source. Before you start using the appliance, charge it fully.
  2. Place the appliance on the charging dock. The appliance will enter charging mode when the voice command "Start charging" is heard. During charging, the number on the display shows the current battery charge level in percent. When the number reaches 100, the battery will be fully charged.

Note: If the vacuum cleaner is not used for 10 minutes after full charge, it will enter sleep mode. To use the appliance, restart it.

To extend battery life, the battery automatically cools down for one hour after prolonged use of the appliance.

Operation

Filling the Clean Water Tank

Press the clean water tank detachment button to remove the tank. Open the lid and fill the tank with clean water. Reinstall the clean water tank in place until it clicks.

Note: For better cleaning results, it is recommended to add 10 ml of cleaning solution (sold separately) to the filled clean water tank, and then shake it gently with uniform movements.

Do not add liquids and cleaning agents not approved for use. Cleaning agents are available in the official online store.

Start Cleaning

Slightly step on the brush cover and tilt the device back. Press the power switch (1) to start operation.

Note: Do not tilt the appliance backwards at an angle greater than 140° to prevent water leakage.

During appliance operation, do not lift it off the floor, tilt it, or lay it horizontally. This may cause used water to enter the motor.

Switching Modes

By default, the appliance is turned on in automatic mode; if necessary, you can switch to ultra mode, suction mode, or turbo mode.

Hot Water Self-Cleaning

  1. After the appliance completes the cleaning task, place it back on the base and ensure there is enough liquid in the clean water tank for self-cleaning.
  2. Press the self-cleaning button on the top of the handle once to start hot water self-cleaning. Switch between self-cleaning modes using voice prompts.
  3. Empty the dirty water tank after self-cleaning is complete and the drying mode begins. Press the button to exit drying mode.

Note: The self-cleaning function can only be activated if the appliance is charging and the battery charge level is above 15%.

Do not touch the brush roller, hot water, and the charging base heating module during the self-cleaning process.

Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

Press the dirty water tank unlock button to remove the tank. Lift the tank lid and pour out the used water. Reinstall the tank lid and the tank itself in place until it clicks, before using the appliance.

Note: Do not use foaming liquids for cleaning.

If the appliance is tilted vertically during operation, the current task will be suspended.

The appliance is suitable for cleaning ordinary floors, marble, ceramic tiles, and other hard surfaces.

Maintenance and Repair

Drying Mode

  1. Press and hold the self-cleaning button for 3 seconds to activate the drying mode.
  2. After drying is complete, the appliance will be charged.

Maintenance Instructions

Turn off the appliance before repair. Do not press the switch.

Components may need to be replaced as needed. Use factory-made components to avoid product damage due to incompatibility.

If the appliance is not used for a prolonged period, charge it fully, disconnect the adapter from the power source, and store the vacuum cleaner in a cool place with low humidity, away from direct sunlight. To avoid deep battery discharge, recharge the appliance at least once every 3 months.

Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank and Filter

  1. Press the dirty water tank detachment button and remove the tank.
  2. Remove the filter from the dirty water tank lid. Lift the tank lid and pour out the used water.
  3. Rinse the dirty water tank and tank lid with water and clean the inner wall of the tank with the cleaning brush included in the kit.
  4. Close the dirty water tank lid, reinstall the tank in place until it clicks.

Note: After self-cleaning is complete, clean the dirty water tank immediately. If there are stains on the charging base, clean it.

Note: If the filter is dirty, rinse it with clean water and dry it completely before continuing to use it. It is recommended to replace the filter every 3-6 months.

Cleaning the Dirt Container Filter Frame

Remove the dirty water tank and lift the tank lid. Remove the dirt container filter frame from the tank lid and clean it.

Note: If you do not need the dirt container filter frame, it can be removed.

Cleaning the Brush Module

  1. First, press the roller brush cover opening button inwards on both sides to remove the cover. Then press the roller brush detachment button. When the roller brush handle comes out, pull it to remove the brush.
  2. Remove hair and debris tangled in the roller brush using the cleaning brush included in the kit. Rinse the roller brush with clean water and dry it thoroughly naturally or using the drying mode several times.

Note: Perform cleaning as required. It is recommended to use two roller brushes alternately. It is recommended to replace the roller brush every 3-6 months.

Cleaning the Tube and Dirt Sensor

Remove the dirty water tank, wipe the tube and dirt sensor with a damp cloth before use.

Note: Do not rinse the tube and dirt sensor.

Troubleshooting

If the appliance malfunctions, an error message will be displayed. See the troubleshooting table for solutions. If the problem is not resolved, contact customer support.

Battery Removal and Disposal

The built-in lithium-ion battery contains environmentally hazardous substances. The battery must be removed by qualified technical specialists and disposed of in a suitable facility.

Instructions for Removal:

  1. Unscrew the display using a tool.
  2. Remove the screws from the battery cover one by one and then open the cover using a tool.
  3. Disconnect the terminal wires between the battery and the printed circuit board and remove the battery.
