Return Conditions
Product return must be carried out according to the following conditions:
- Only the above-mentioned Rowenta X-Force cordless vacuum cleaners, purchased between 1. 9. 2025 and 31. 12. 2025, are included.
- Product return is possible within 30 days of purchase from the store where the product was bought. For online purchases, return the product to your nearest store.
- The returned undamaged product in its original packaging must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt showing the purchase date and a completed form with the required details.
- The customer will be refunded the full purchase price for the product listed on the receipt.
- Product return must be carried out in accordance with the conditions stated above.
- Promotional conditions do not infringe upon statutory consumer rights.
