User Manual for Ultrasonic Cleaners

Equipment Installation

  1. Please contact us if the package is damaged upon receipt. Read the user manual first after opening the package box.
  2. Installation must be on a flat, dry, and ventilated surface. Do not place the unit on uneven or soft surfaces.
  3. The ultrasonic cleaner requires a 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz three-pin power supply cord, and must have grounding devices.

How to Use

  1. Inject water or cleaning solution into the cleaning tank. The minimum water level must not be less than 70mm, and the maximum should not exceed 3/4 of the tank volume. Ensure the drain valve is closed to prevent overflow.
  2. Place items into the cleaning rack, then place the cleaning rack into the cleaning tank. Do not place items directly onto the bottom of the cleaning tank, as this may affect cleaning efficacy and damage the equipment.
  3. Connect the ultrasonic cleaner to a three-pin grounded power socket.
  4. Turn on the power switch (located at the bottom right of the machine's back). Press 'ON'. The machine will power on, the digital controller will display numbers, and the buzzer will sound, indicating power is OK.
  5. Working Time Setting: The digital control defaults to 'Time setting'. Press 'TIME+' to increase the display by one minute per press. Press 'TIME-' to reduce by one minute per press. Long pressing allows continuous adjustment. After setting the value and working time, tap 'ON/OFF' once. The working indicator light will turn on, and the ultrasonic wave will start. The time countdown begins until '0000' is displayed and the ultrasonic LED indicator turns off, at which point it automatically stops. The machine's working time ranges from 1 to 30 minutes. To terminate cleaning early, press the 'ON/OFF' button once. The recommended working time is 15-20 minutes.
  6. Temperature Setting: The digital controller displays the default and actual temperature. Press 'TEMP+' to increase the temperature by 1°C per press. Press 'TEMP-' to decrease by 1°C per press. Lightly press 'ON/OFF'. The digital heater light will turn on, and the temperature LED will illuminate, indicating heating. Heating stops and the heating LED turns off when the set temperature is reached. The temperature range is 0 to 60°C. Press and hold the button to increase/decrease the temperature value. The temperature setting should be based on product specifications, with a recommended range of 30°C to 50°C. The actual temperature is displayed as long as the power is on, regardless of whether the ultrasonic wave or digital heater is active.
  7. After cleaning, press 'on/off' to stop the machine. Disconnect power, remove the rack from the tank, drain the cleaning liquid, clean the tank body and periphery with a clean rag. Dry with hot air and store.

Pay Attention to Safety Issues

  1. Read this manual carefully before operating to understand procedures and avoid causing machine damage or endangering personal and property safety. Keep this specification for future reference. When using digital ultrasonic cleaners, the power supply must have a grounding device. Modifying this product is forbidden. Carefully determine the input voltage rating before powering on; otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any accidents.
  2. To ensure reliable grounding of the power cord and prevent leakage, items should be placed in the cleaning rack during the cleaning process and then placed into the cleaning tank. Do not place items directly onto the bottom of the tank, as the company will not be responsible for instrument damage.
  3. The cleaning chemicals used must be compatible with stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning baths. Do not use strong acids, alkalis, or other chemical reagents. Avoid intrusion of aqueous solutions or other corrosive solutions into the cleaner's interior, as this may damage the instrument. When cleaning, it is recommended to use the lid to reduce noise and prevent skin burns from cleaning fluid and steam. The company will not be responsible for this.
  4. If there is no water solution in the cleaning tank, the unit should not be started. It is forbidden to start ultrasonic work without water to prevent burning the washing machine.
  5. Do not use the unit in harsh environments, such as places with large temperature changes, unstable vibration, dust, chemicals, flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances.
  6. During the cleaning process, if the aqueous solution accidentally enters or eats into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water or seek medical attention. In case of emergency, disconnect the power supply.
  7. The heating of this instrument uses an imported chip. The water level must not be less than 8cm when the digital heater is turned on, otherwise the heating chip can be easily damaged due to dry burning. When a new machine is turned on, some odors are normal. When the temperature is set and heating is reached, the actual temperature will rise by about 10 degrees due to the mechanical properties of ultrasonic oscillation itself. This is a normal reaction.
  8. Keep the ultrasonic cleaner away from children. This equipment should not be operated by persons without working experience unless under the supervision of a guardian or operator.
  9. Ensure that the cleaning items are clean and that the machine does not work continuously for more than 30 minutes, as prolonged work causes the internal temperature to rise. It is forbidden to throw clean objects into the washing tank; place them gently, and use the cleaning rack as much as possible.

Working Principle

Ultrasonic cleaners use high-frequency oscillating signals emitted by an ultrasonic generator, which are transmitted to a medium cleaning solution by converting transducers into high-frequency mechanical oscillations. Ultrasonic waves radiate densely and alternately in the cleaning solution, causing fluid to flow. Tens of thousands of tiny bubbles form in the negative pressure region where the ultrasonic wave propagates longitudinally. This process, called 'cavitation,' causes the bubbles to collapse under an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 atmospheres. The continuous high voltage acts like a series of small 'blasts' that continuously impact the object's surface. The tiny water molecules explode dirt on the surface and within gaps of the object, quickly peeling it off, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the object's surface.
