When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE. Failure to follow all warnings and instructions could result in electric shock, fire, or serious personal injury.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- The appliance shall not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been given instructions.
- Use the appliance only indoors on hard floor surfaces such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood, etc. Be careful not to go over loose objects or carpet edges. If the brush gets stuck, it may cause premature belt failure.
- Do not allow the appliance to be used as a toy. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by, on or near children, pets or plants.
- Use the appliance only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories.
- Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged. If the appliance has been dropped or damaged, left outdoors, dropped into water or is not working as it should, take it to a service center.
- Do not handle the charger, including the charger plug, and charger terminals with wet hands.
- Do not insert any object into openings. Do not use the appliance if any of its openings are blocked. Keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce airflow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
- Do not vacuum flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not vacuum anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Do not use the appliance without the filter.
- Avoid accidental starting. Verify that the power switch is in the OFF position before picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energizing the appliance that has the switch on may lead to accidents.
- Always turn off the appliance before making adjustments, changing accessories, or storing it. These preventive measures reduce the risk of starting the appliance accidentally.
- Only recharge the appliance with the Tineco-specified charger. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery may create a risk of fire if used with another battery.
- Use the appliances only with Tineco batteries specifically designated for them. Use of any other battery type may present a risk of fire and personal injury.
- If the battery is misused, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact with this liquid. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
- Do not use the battery or appliance if it has been damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of personal injury.
- Do not expose the battery or appliance to fire or excessive heat. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 130°C (266°F) may cause an explosion.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery or appliance outside the temperature range specified in the instructions. Improper charging or charging at temperatures outside the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- Repairs must be performed by qualified personnel using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
- This appliance contains non-replaceable battery cells. Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery, except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
- Always turn off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting the motorized brush.
- Do not charge or store the appliance outdoors or in a vehicle. Charge, store, or use the battery only indoors in dry areas where the temperature is above 4°C (40°F) but below 40°C (104°F). The charger is for indoor use only.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up ultrafine particles, such as lime, cement, sawdust, gypsum powder, or ashes.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up sharp objects, such as metal nails, glass fragments, metal clips, or pins.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up hazardous chemicals and materials, such as solvents, drain cleaners, strong acids or alkalis.
- Stop using the appliance immediately if it overheats, makes unusual noises, produces unusual odors, has low suction, or leaks electricity.
- Turn off the cleaner and disconnect it from the power outlet for prolonged storage.
- Always clean the dirty water tank after each use to prevent potential blockages that could lead to low suction power, motor overheating, or reduced appliance lifespan.
- After use, store the appliance properly in a dry indoor location.
- Do not place or immerse the appliance in stagnant water, nor attempt to clean flooded areas.
- All technical data and instructions in this manual are based on laboratory test results from Tineco or designated third parties. The company reserves all rights for final explanations.
- The plug must be disconnected from the socket-outlet before cleaning or servicing the appliance.
- There may be a hazard if the appliance is stepped on by the power cord.
- Do not use the appliance if the water depth is more than 5 mm above the surface.
Scope of Use
- The cordless hard floor cleaner should be used on indoor hard floors, such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood, etc. Use on rough surfaces may not yield optimal results.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources, such as fireplaces or radiators, to prevent deformation of the casing.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, ultrafine particles, sharp objects, hazardous materials, chemicals, or any item that is burning or emitting smoke, as described previously.
About Cleaning Solution
- If a significant amount of cleaning solution enters the motor, it could damage the appliance.
- Add the solution as indicated in the Operation section. It is recommended to use the supplied cleaning solution. Do not use the product with an acidic or alkaline solution or with environmentally harmful substances.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and if it occurs, rinse with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If the product is ingested, seek medical attention.
- Dirty water and solution should be disposed of in accordance with local environmental regulations.
About the Appliance
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance, except as indicated in the instructions for use and cleaning.
- Charge the appliance with the Tineco adapter. Input voltage: 100-240 V AC. High and low voltages can damage the adapter, the appliance, or even endanger the user.
- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
- Verify that the power switch is in the OFF position before picking up or carrying the appliance. Do not leave the appliance lying down or tilted to prevent dirty water from entering the motor.
Recycling Instructions in Accordance with Battery Law
The rechargeable battery contains environmentally harmful materials and must therefore be removed from the appliance before disposal. The appliance must be turned off to remove the rechargeable battery.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. All users must hand over batteries and rechargeable batteries, whether they contain harmful substances or not, to collection points in their municipality/district or to a dealer so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Batteries and rechargeable batteries must only be returned discharged.

Recycling Instructions in Accordance with WEEE Directive
Waste electrical and electronic equipment and rechargeable batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. All users must hand over appliances at the end of their useful life to collection points in their municipality/district or to a dealer so that they can be disposed of in an adequate and environmentally friendly manner.

Cleaning solution and deodorizer
Eliminates dirt, stuck-on dirt, grease, and stubborn stains from almost all hard surfaces, such as tile, marble, sealed hardwood floors, etc. Always use Tineco solution in the appliance. Add one capful of solution to each clean water tank filled with water.
Brush roller
The soft-bristled brush roller can be used to vacuum and wash at the same time. It can be easily cleaned with the self-cleaning function.
Dry filter
The dry filter and filter screen can block large particles and debris to ensure the durability of the appliance. Install the dry filter before using the appliance, otherwise, weak suction may occur.
Cleaning tool
A complete brush for cleaning the DAS, brush chamber, and opening. The tool also has a bristle end for removing dirt and mud from the roller and DAS.
Assembly
Assembly/Disassembly
Note: For information on the brush assembly and water tank, refer to the "Operation" and "Maintenance" sections.
To assemble the handle, insert it into the appliance until you hear a click. ?
If you need to disassemble the handle, press the release button on the back of the appliance and then pull the handle upwards.
Operation
Preparation for Use
Before using the appliance for the first time, charge it for 4-5 hours (refer to "Charging Instructions" for more information).
* Based on Tineco laboratory test results. Laboratory temperature: 4°C-40°C.
Pressing button ① starts the appliance in ECO mode by default. Press it again to turn off the appliance. To switch between ECO and MAX modes, press the button. In MAX mode, the appliance will apply maximum suction power and spray maximum water/solution for a deeper clean. ▶️
Operation States:
- Ceases to function: The appliance stops working when placed in an upright position.
- Resumes function: The appliance resumes working when reclined.
- Do not tilt the appliance more than 142° to avoid water leakage.
Note:
- Do not vacuum foamy liquids.
- To vacuum residual water on the surface, the appliance will continue to run for 3 seconds after disconnection.
Place the appliance in the storage tray vertically for charging and storage. ?
Filling the Clean Water Tank
Press the clean water tank release button to remove it from the appliance. Open the tank cap and fill with tap water up to the MAX fill line. When a deep clean is needed, add one capful of solution to the DAL and close the cap tightly.
Note: Use only water below 60°C (140°F). DO NOT USE HOT WATER.
Reinstall the tank into the appliance. It will click into place when correctly installed. ?
Charging Instructions
Charge the appliance when the battery level is low.
- To charge the appliance, connect the external charging cable to the appliance and plug it into the power outlet.
- To avoid tripping, place the appliance in the storage tray near a wall while charging.
Note:
- The cooling system has been activated to optimize battery charging, producing a slight sound.
- During charging, press the button for 10 seconds to activate/deactivate the cooling system.
Warning:
- Only charge the appliance with the Tineco-supplied adapter.
- If the appliance will be unused for a long time, charge it once every 3 months for optimal performance. Full charge may take 4-5 hours (half an hour more or less).
- Store the appliance in a dry, indoor location. Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight or temperatures below freezing. Recommended temperature range: 4°C-40°C (40°F-104°F).
Charging Time
- A full charge takes about 4-5 hours.
- Estimated data was obtained in a Tineco laboratory at ambient temperatures between 4°C and 40°C.
Indicator
During Use
- Solid blue light: Normal operation.
- Blue indicator light flashes 3 times: Mode change.
- Slowly flashing red light: Low battery.
- Solid red light: Brush roller is obstructed. ⚠️
- Solid orange light: Dirty water tank is full or the channel is blocked. ?
- Flashing orange indicator: DAL empty.
- Off: No power, battery malfunction, or motor malfunction.
During Charging
- Blue indicator flashes: Charging.
Fully Charged
- Within 5 minutes of full charge: Solid blue light.
- After 5 minutes: Light is off.
Maintenance
Note:
- For optimal performance and to prevent odors, always clean and dry the DAS, filters, brush roller, and brush roller cover completely after each use.
- Ensure all parts are correctly installed, otherwise the appliance may not function properly.
- After maintenance, place the appliance in the storage tray in an upright position. Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight and store it in a dry, closed location.
Main Body
To reduce the risk of injury, turn off the appliance before performing maintenance. ⚠️
Use a cloth to wipe the surface with a neutral detergent. The cloth should be dry to prevent water from entering the appliance.
Remove the dirty water tank, clean the dirty water port with a damp cloth or the cleaning tool to prevent blockages.
Dirty Water Tank
When the dirty water reaches the MAX fill line, the appliance stops working. Pull up the tank lid to empty the DAS. Use the cleaning tool to remove any remaining debris. Rinse the inside of the DAS and reinstall it into the appliance.

If the dirty water tank lid and the inner filter are blocked, remove the tank lid and the filter and rinse both parts with water.
Dry Filter
Grasp the recessed area on each side of the dry filter and pull upwards. Rinse it under the tap and ensure it is completely dry before reassembling it with the DAS lid.
Brush Roller Self-Cleaning
- Place the appliance in the storage tray and plug it in. Press the self-cleaning button to start the process. ▶️
- Once the process is complete, the appliance will begin charging. Clean the dirty water tank after the cleaning is finished.
Note:
- Check that the appliance is plugged in and that the battery has sufficient charge.
- Before the self-cleaning cycle, clean the dirty water tank and ensure that the water level in the clean water tank is above 40%.
Brush Roller Cover
Squeeze the latches on the cover and pull upwards to remove it. Click!
When replacing the cover, always secure it in position to prevent leaks.
Rinse with water. ?
Brush Roller
To remove the brush roller, hold the brush roller tab and pull outwards.
With the cleaning tool, remove any hair and debris that has become entangled on the roller and rinse it with water. Reinstall the brush roller in the accessory holder and let it dry completely before reinstalling it.
Remove hair and dirt from the brush roller chamber and opening with a tissue or damp cloth.
To reinstall the brush roller, insert the brush roller end into the right side of the holder, then attach the roller tab to the magnetic buckle on the left side to lock it. ?
Note: Replace the brush roller every 6 months for optimal performance.

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY
- Only applies to purchases made from authorized Tineco retailers.
- Subject to compliance with the requirements described in this instruction manual and other conditions described below.
- This warranty is governed and interpreted according to the laws of the country where the purchase was made.
- Tineco offers a 2-year warranty or a warranty period as stipulated by applicable local law, whichever is longer.
WHAT IS COVERED?
- The Tineco appliance has a 2-year warranty against original defects in materials and workmanship when used for private domestic purposes in accordance with the Tineco instruction manual. Motorized accessories and separately purchased batteries have a 1-year warranty.
- This warranty provides, at no additional cost, all labor and necessary parts to ensure the appliance is in good working order during the warranty period.
- This warranty is only valid if the appliance is used in the country where it was sold.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Tineco shall not be liable for costs, damages, or repairs incurred as a result of:
- Appliances purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
- Improper handling or careless handling, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance, as well as uses not conforming to the Tineco instruction manual.
- Use of the appliance for purposes other than normal domestic purposes, e.g., for commercial or rental purposes.
- Use of parts not conforming to the Tineco instruction manual.
- Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by Tineco.
- External factors not related to product quality and use, such as climate, modifications, accidents, power outages, voltage surges, or natural causes.
- Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized persons or agents.
- Failure to remove blockages and other hazardous materials from the appliance.
- Normal wear and tear, including normal wear parts such as the transparent container, belt, filter, HEPA filter, brush bar, and power cord (or for identified external damage or abuse), damage to carpets or floors due to improper use or non-compliance with manufacturer's instructions.
- Reduction in battery discharge time due to use or age.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
- Any implied warranty related to the appliance, including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of this warranty.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original owner and the original battery; it is not transferable.
- This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by region.
- Manufacturer warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as product use, where the product was purchased, or who it was purchased from. Review the warranty carefully and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.

All work will be the responsibility of Tineco or an authorized agent. Any defective part replaced will become the property of Tineco. Service under this warranty will not extend the period of this warranty.
