Assembly Instructions

The following steps describe how to assemble and install the TRIO 9388-01 lighting fixture. Please refer to the diagram for component identification.

Components:

• Ceiling Hook/Socket: The electrical connection point on the ceiling. (FI: Valaisinpistorasian koukku, SE: Lamputtagets krok)
• Fixture Base: The main part of the light fixture that attaches to the ceiling. (FI: Valaisimen pohja, SE: Plafondens botten)
• Extension Ring: A ring used to create space between the fixture and the ceiling. (FI: Korotusrengas, SE: Höjningsring)
• Hook Bolt: A bolt with a hook that passes through the fixture base and extension ring. (FI: Koukkupultti, SE: Krok)
• Wing Nut: A nut with wing-like projections for easy tightening, used to secure the fixture. (FI: Siipimutteri, SE: Vingmutter)

1. Step 1: If the fixture base does not have a hole near the center, it is recommended to drill a hole in the base. Drill as close to the center as possible without damaging internal components such as the transformer or LED light sources.

2. Step 2: Connect the plug cord to the fixture's connector so that the plug itself remains on the outside of the fixture.

3. Step 3: Pass the hook bolt through the base of the fixture so that the hook part is above the fixture.

4. Step 4: Screw the wing nut onto the hook bolt for a few turns.

5. Step 5: Place the extension ring on top of the fixture base.

6. Step 6: Hang the fixture on the ceiling hook/socket so that the extension ring is between the fixture and the ceiling hook/socket.

7. Step 7: Tighten the wing nut until the fixture and the extension ring are securely fastened against the ceiling.
