Get to Know Your Device
Description of the Tenda 4G LTE Mobile Wi-Fi device. It features a power button and a USB-C port. The LCD screen displays signal strength, battery status, and Wi-Fi information.
Key Components:
- Power Button: Press to change display or activate the device from standby.
- USB-C Port: For charging the device.
The LCD screen automatically turns off after 10 seconds of standby. Press the Power button to reactivate it.
Connect to the Internet
Setup Steps:
- Open the back cover of the device.
- Slide the SIM card into the designated slot.
- Install the battery.
- Close the back cover.
- Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the LCD screen lights up.
Connect Your Smartphone:
Connect your smartphone to the Wi-Fi network broadcast by the device. The Wi-Fi Name and Key are typically found on the device's label or packaging. You can also log in to the web UI by visiting tendawifi.com for further configuration.
Tip: If no device connects to the mobile Wi-Fi within 10 minutes, the Wi-Fi will automatically disable. Press the Power button to re-enable it.
Charge Your Mobile Wi-Fi
Charging Methods:
- Method 1 (Recommended): Use a standard 5V-1A power adapter.
- Method 2: Connect the device to a computer using a USB-C cable.
Note: Charge the mobile Wi-Fi when the battery icon on the screen turns red.
Tip: Use a standard power adapter to protect the battery.

⚠️ Important Battery Precautions:
- DO NOT use the device above 35°C (95°F).
- REMOVE the battery if the device is always active and charged.
- AVOID overdischarging the battery.
- AVOID overcharging the battery.
- Keep the device away from heat sources.
- Replace a degraded battery promptly.
- Charge the device in time when the battery icon turns red.

- If you notice smoke, abnormal sounds, smells, or a swollen battery, stop using the device immediately, disconnect power, unplug cables, and contact after-sales service.
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification voids the warranty and may cause safety hazards.
- For devices used with a constantly connected power supply, remove the battery to extend its lifespan.
- Battery lifespan can be affected by fast charging, prolonged use while charging, continuous charging over 48 hours, or high temperatures (>35°C).
