Instructions for enhancing your laptop's performance.
Removing the Slot Cover
Follow these steps to safely remove the laptop's access panel.
- Loosen the cover screw without removing it from the cover.
- Remove the laptop compartment cover screw(s).
- To avoid pulling or damaging connected cables, do not remove the cover completely; slightly lift the cover to access the compartment.

Reinstalling the Slot Cover
These steps guide you through reattaching the access panel.
- Align the slot cover with the chassis and place it back into position.
- Tighten the cover screw.
- Secure the cover with the previously removed screw(s).

Installing RAM (Memory Module)
To increase your laptop's memory capacity, you can install a memory module. Follow these instructions:
IMPORTANT: For more information about RAM module upgrades for your laptop, contact an authorized service center or dealer. For maximum compatibility and reliability, purchase RAM modules from authorized dealers of this laptop.
WARNING: Before removing the slot cover, disconnect all external devices, phones, or communication connections, and the power adapter (e.g., external power supply, battery, etc.) from the computer.
NOTE:
- Depending on the model, the appearance of your laptop's base and the RAM module may differ, but the installation method is the same.
- It is recommended to install the RAM module under the supervision of a specialist. For assistance, contact an authorized service center.
Installation Steps:
- Remove the slot cover. (Refer to the 'Removing the Slot Cover' section for details.)
- Insert the RAM module correctly into the memory module slot.
- Push the RAM module down until it clicks into place.

Installing the Hard Drive
Follow these instructions when installing a new hard drive (HDD) in your laptop.
IMPORTANT: For maximum compatibility and reliability, purchase the hard drive from authorized dealers of this laptop.
WARNING: Before removing the slot cover, disconnect all external devices, phones, or communication connections, and the power adapter (e.g., external power supply, battery, etc.) from the computer.
NOTE:
- Depending on the model, the appearance of your laptop's base and the hard drive may differ, but the installation method is the same.
- It is recommended to install the hard drive under the supervision of a specialist. For assistance, contact an authorized service center.
Installation Steps:
- Remove the slot cover. (Refer to the 'Removing the Slot Cover' section for details.)
- Disconnect the hard drive bracket from the hard drive cable as shown in the diagram.
- Remove the screws securing the hard drive bracket to the bay.
- (Optional) If a hard drive is installed, lift the hard drive bracket slightly out of the section.
- (Optional) If the hard drive is installed in the bracket, follow these instructions to remove the old hard drive:
- Remove all screws from the sides of the hard drive bracket.
- Remove the old hard drive from the bracket, place it on a flat, dry surface with its circuit board facing upwards.
- Place the new hard drive into the hard drive bracket with its circuit board facing upwards. Ensure the bracket does not obstruct the hard drive port connectors.
- Install the hard drive and secure it with the previously removed screws.
- Connect the hard drive connector to the hard drive.
- Place the hard drive bracket back into its bay and slide it fully into place.
- Secure the hard drive bracket with the previously removed screw(s).

Installing the M.2 Card
Follow these instructions when installing a compatible M.2 card into your laptop.

- The M.2 2280 slot supports PCIe (NVMe) SSD and SATA SSD drives.
Installation Steps:

- Insert the M.2 card correctly into the card module slot.
- Secure the M.2 card with the provided screw(s).
