Installation Instructions
Step 1: Shut Off Water Supplies
Ensure the main water supply to the faucet is turned off before proceeding. (Diagram: Visual representation of turning off water valves.)
Step 2: Mount the Faucet
Thread the faucet through the mounting hole. Secure the faucet to the sink using a rubber washer (1), a steel washer (2), the lock nut (3), and mounting screws (4). Do not overtighten. (Diagram: Faucet body being inserted into a sink hole, with numbered parts indicating assembly order.)
Step 3: Connect Water Supplies
Connect the faucet to the water supply lines, ensuring correct connection for hot (left) and cold (right) water valves. (Diagram: Underside of faucet with connections labeled HOT and COLD.)
Step 4: Flush and Check for Leaks
After installation is complete, remove the aerator. Turn on both hot and cold water supplies and allow them to run for at least one minute each. While water is running, check all connections for leaks. Replace the aerator. This process flushes away any debris that could damage internal parts. Ensure the gasket (1) in the aerator is not lost.
