How to Use the Appliance

The appliance can be used for cooling, dehumidifying, and ventilation.

Initial Setup: Leave the appliance standing erect for at least two hours before first use.

Mode Switching: When switching modes, the fan continues to run, but the compressor will restart after a 3-minute delay to prevent damage.

Operating Modes

  • Cooling Mode: The "Cool" LED illuminates. Temperature is adjustable between 16°C and 31°C. Fan speed, Timer, and Sleep functions can be set. For quieter operation, use low fan speed.
  • Dehumidification Mode (DRY): Press the MODE button. Temperature is controlled automatically and cannot be adjusted. Fan speed is set to low and cannot be adjusted. Note: The unit does not cool the room in this mode. The flexible pipe must not be connected; discharge directly into the environment for maximum efficiency. Recommended for autumn/winter. In summer, use the flexible pipe to discharge hot air outside. Continuous drainage is recommended.
  • Fan Mode: Press the MODE button. Fan speed is adjustable. Temperature cannot be adjusted.

How to Eliminate Condensate

  • Cooling: The appliance automatically vaporizes condensate. Ensure rubber caps on rear drainage holes are properly positioned. Continuous drainage is generally not required unless humidity is very high. The "Full" LED indicates the tank is full. To empty, switch off, unplug, remove the cap from the rear drainage hole, direct the tube to a drain, ensuring it slopes downwards, and re-secure the cap.
  • Dehumidification: Continuous drainage is advisable for maximum efficiency. Connect one end of the provided PVC pipe (not supplied) to the upper discharge hole and place the other end above a drain.
