Common Questions of Mini Chainsaw
Q1: The chain is difficult to adjust and install
Our product comes with two chains, one of which is already installed. If you need to replace the spare chain, please note the chain mounting direction. You need to fit the chain into the guide plate in the correct gear direction, then attach the guide plate and chain to the chainsaw, and use a screwdriver to tighten it until it doesn't loosen.
Q2: Battery installation/removal problem
Simply insert the battery into the bottom of the saw. The same goes for disassembly. Press the red button on the battery and pull it out from the bottom. Note: Girls have smaller hands than boys, so girls can turn the saw around and remove the battery by holding down the red button with the index finger of one hand and pushing it out with the other hand. (See the video on the details page -Remove the Battery Easily)
Q3: The chainsaw heats up after long use
Our chainsaws are equipped with safety features for overheating/explosion protection. The saw may become hot if used for a long time. At this point you can stop using it and rest it for 20-30mins. The chainsaw will also activate the safety protection function, which will automatically stop working when the saw is sensed to be hot, preventing any personal safety problems.
Q4: Chainsaws tend to shake when in use
If you feel the saw swinging from side to side during use, you can try using it by placing the body of the saw next to the object being cut, so that the saw has a support point and does not sway. This can not only solve the problem of jiggling chainsaw, but also improve the cutting efficiency to some extent.
Q5: The chainsaw did not turn on properly
Our products travel for long periods of time, which can drain battery power. When you use the product for the first time, please fully charge it before use, so as not to affect your use experience due to the consumption of battery power during long-distance transportation.
