This document addresses common questions regarding the Bomves Electric Spin Scrubber, a cordless cleaning tool designed for home use. It features adjustable speeds and sizes, multiple brush heads, and extended work time, suitable for cleaning bathrooms, showers, bathtubs, glass, and cars.
Q1: The battery cannot charge.
A1:
- Replace the cable or adapter. It is recommended to use a 5V2A adapter for charging and avoid using the USB power supply of a computer.
- Water is inevitable during the cleaning process. Please ensure the USB charging port is dry when charging.
Q2: The battery died soon after the product was used.
A2:
- When the machine is fully charged, all 5 indicator lights are on. Confirm the battery level before use.
- If too much pressure is applied during use, the machine may trigger heavy load protection. Restart the machine in such cases.
Q3: The brush is hard to control; it spins.
A3:
- Besides the planting brush, other cleaning attachments are fitted by Velcro. The Velcro effect may diminish after prolonged use. Ensure a secure fit during disassembly and assembly to prevent the brush from detaching during operation.
- During use, try to ensure the brush makes full contact with the cleaning surface. Avoid using only the edge of the brush against the surface. Edge contact makes the brush harder to control and can cause it to spin off.
Q4: Installation problem of the telescopic rod.
A4:
- Upon receiving the product, the two poles are separated. Fasten the two poles together.
- The head of the pole is engraved with "OFF" and "ON". Twist the convex point of the pole head to "ON" to expand the length of the pole. After stretching to the desired length, twist it to the "OFF" position to lock it.
