DESCRIPTION
General description
The appliance features a hob (1) on top, a control panel (2) in the front, a socket for the temperature probe (3) on some models, and oven lights (4). It also includes a seal (5), a door (6), fans (7), and a storage compartment (8). The frame shelf is indicated by 1, 2, 3...
Hob
The hob is an induction cooking surface with five cooking zones. The table below details the dimensions, recommended pan diameter, maximum power draw, and power draw in booster function for each zone.
Zone | Dimensions H x L (mm) | Pan Ø min. (mm) | Pan Ø recommended (mm) | Max. power draw (W)* | Power draw in booster function (W) * |
1 | 190 x 196 | 120 | 190 | 2100 | 2300 |

5 | 210 x 210 | 120 | 210 | 2300 | 3000 |
* Power levels are indicative and can vary according to the pan used or the settings made.
Advantages of induction cooking
- The appliance is equipped with an induction generator for each cooking zone. Each generator creates an electromagnetic field which induces a thermal current in the base of the pan, meaning heat is created directly inside the pan.
- Energy saving due to direct transmission of energy to the pan (requires magnetisable cookware).
- Improved safety as energy is only transmitted to the pan on the hob.
- High level of energy transmitted from the induction cooking zone to the pan.
- Rapid heating speed.
- Reduced danger of burns as the cooking surface is only heated under the pan; overflowed food does not stick.
Power control
The hob features a power control module that optimises consumption. If the overall set power level exceeds the maximum limit, the electronic circuit board automatically manages power. The module tries to maintain maximum deliverable power levels, and levels set by automatic control appear on the display. Priority is given to the first zone set chronologically. The power control module does not affect total power consumption.
Control panel
The control panel consists of knobs for the hob cooking zones (1) and indicator lights (2). The hob cooking zone knobs are used to control the operating power from 1 to 9. The indicator light shows when the oven is heating up and turns off when the set temperature is reached.
Other parts
Shelves
Shelves are used to position trays and racks at different heights. Insertion heights are indicated from bottom upwards.
Cooling fan
The cooling fan operates during and after cooking to cool the oven. It causes an outflow of air from the rear of the appliance. Do not obstruct ventilation openings and heat dispersal slots.
Interior lighting
The interior lighting comes on when the door is opened or when any function is selected, except for the ECO function. It is not possible to turn off the interior lighting when the door is open.
Accessories
Not all accessories are available on all models. Accessories in contact with food comply with current legislation. Original and optional accessories can be requested from Authorised Assistance Centres. Use only original accessories.
- Deep tray: Useful for collecting fat from foods placed on the rack above.
- Oven tray: Useful for collecting fat and for cooking pies, pizzas, baked desserts, etc.

USE
Preliminary operations
⚠️ See General safety instructions.
- Remove any protective film from the appliance and accessories.
- Remove any labels (except the technical data plate) from accessories and shelves.
- Remove and wash all appliance accessories (see chapter "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE").
First heating
- Set a cooking time of at least one hour.
- Heat the empty oven compartment at maximum temperature to burn off manufacturing residues.
When heating the appliance:
- Air the room.
- Do not stay in the room.
Using the accessories
Racks and trays
Racks and trays must be inserted into the side guides until they stop. Mechanical safety locks must face downwards and towards the back of the oven cavity. Gently insert racks and trays. Clean trays before first use.
Tray rack
The tray rack is inserted into the tray to collect fat separately from the food.
Using the hob
Control and monitoring devices are on the front panel. Turn the knob clockwise to set the power. On first connection, an automatic check activates all indicator lights briefly. After use, turn off hot plates by moving knobs to position 0. Never rely solely on the cookware detector.
Cookware suitable for use in induction cooking
Cookware must be metal with magnetic properties and a sufficiently large base.
- Suitable: Enamelled steel with thick bases, cast iron with an enamelled base, multilayer stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, and aluminium with a special base.
- Unsuitable: Copper, stainless steel, aluminium, fireproof glass, wood, ceramic, and terracotta cookware.
To check suitability, bring a magnet close to the bottom. If attracted, it's suitable. Alternatively, place a small amount of water in the pan and place it on a cooking zone; if the ♨️ symbol appears, the pan is not suitable.
Use only cookware with a perfectly flat bottom suitable for induction. An irregular bottom may affect heating efficiency and detection.
Cookware recognition
If no saucepan is present or it's too small, no energy is transmitted, and the ♨️ symbol appears. A suitable saucepan activates the hob. Energy transmission stops when the saucepan is removed (♨️ symbol shown). If the saucepan is smaller than the zone, only necessary energy is transmitted.
Saucepan recognition limits
The minimum pan base diameter is indicated by the cross on the cooking zone. Pans with smaller diameters risk not activating the inductor.
Limiting the cooking duration
The hob has an automatic device that limits duration. If settings aren't changed, maximum operation time depends on power level. When activated, the zone turns off, an alert sounds, and if hot, the ♨️ symbol appears.
Set power level | Maximum cooking duration in hours |
1 | 8 |
2 | 6 |
3 - 4 | 5 |
5 | 4 |
6 - 7 - 8 - 9 | 1.5 |
Protection from overheating
If the hob is used at full power for a long period in high room temperatures, electronics may overheat. The cooking zone power is reduced automatically.
Residual heat
If a cooking zone is still hot after being switched off, the H symbol is displayed. It clears when the temperature drops below 60°C.
Multizone function
This function allows operating two front left and rear left cooking zones simultaneously, useful for fish kettles or long pans. To activate: turn front left and rear left knobs anticlockwise to "M-A", then set rear left to 9. The front left knob controls both zones. To deactivate, return both knobs to 0. This function divides power equally between zones.
Heating accelerator
Each zone has a heating accelerator for maximum power delivery over time proportional to the selected power. To activate: turn knob anticlockwise to A. Select power (1-8) within 3 seconds; selected power and A symbol flash. Power level can be increased anytime. If power is reduced, the accelerator disables.
Booster function
Activates a zone at maximum power for up to 5 minutes, ideal for rapid boiling or broiling. To activate: turn knob clockwise to P until P symbol appears. After 5 minutes, it disables automatically, continuing at power level 9. Any other power level selection deactivates it. For some zones, Booster is enabled by default and must be disabled manually.
Hob power limitation
The induction hob can be set to operate at 7.4 kW, 4.8 kW, or 3.7 kW. To set: disconnect power, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect. Within 2 minutes, turn front left and front right knobs anticlockwise for 3 seconds. Displays show "7." and "4" (7.4 kW). Repeat to change to "4." and "8" (4.8 kW) or "3." and "7" (3.7 kW). Wait for displays to turn off to save. Power level can be changed again up to 4 minutes after displays turn off. The last setting remains valid even after power failure.
Controls lock
Protects against accidental use. With all zones off, turn front and rear right knobs to "A" until symbols appear. To remove, repeat the operation. A prolonged power interruption deactivates the lock.
Error codes
The symbol indicates knobs held in "A" or "M-A" for over 30 seconds. Release knobs to clear. If error code or E appears, contact technical assistance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the appliance
⚠️ See General safety instructions.
Cleaning the surfaces
To keep surfaces in good condition, clean regularly after use. Let them cool first.
Ordinary daily cleaning
Use specific products without abrasives or chlorine-based acids. Apply to a damp cloth, wipe, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth or microfibre cloth.
Food stains or residues
Do not use steel sponges or sharp scrapers. Use normal, non-abrasive products and a wooden or plastic tool if necessary. Rinse and dry. Do not allow sugary food residues to set, as they may damage the enamel.
Cleaning the glass ceramic hob
⚠️ See General safety instructions. Clean using an ordinary glass ceramic cleaner, following manufacturer's instructions. Silicon creates a protective, water-repellent membrane. Dry with a clean cloth. Ensure no detergent remains, as it may react aggressively when heated.
Food stains or residues
Light marks from aluminium pans can be cleaned with vinegar. Remove burnt-on residues, rinse, and dry. Dirt on the hob can scratch it when moving pans; remove immediately. Colour changes do not affect operation. Shiny surfaces may form from pan bases rubbing; these are difficult to remove and may require repeated cleaning. Corrosive detergents or rubbing pan bases can wear away decoration.
We recommend using cleaning products distributed by the manufacturer.
After cleaning, dry thoroughly to prevent water or detergent marks.
Knobs
Do not use aggressive products containing alcohol or for cleaning steel/glass, as they can cause permanent damage. Clean knobs with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water, then dry. Knobs can be removed by pulling them out.
Cleaning the door
Door disassembly
For easier cleaning, remove the door. Open it completely and insert two pins into the hinge holes. Grasp the door with both hands, lift at a 30° angle, and remove. To reassemble, place hinges in slots, ensuring grooved sections rest in slots. Lower the door and remove pins.
Cleaning the door glazing
Keep glass clean using absorbent kitchen roll. For stubborn dirt, wash with a damp sponge and detergent.
Removing the internal glass panes
For easier cleaning, internal glass panes can be removed. Open the door. Insert retaining pins in hinge holes to prevent accidental closing. Pull rear part of internal glass pane upwards, then release from front fasteners. Remove intermediate glass pane. Clean external and removed panes with absorbent kitchen roll or a damp sponge and neutral detergent. Reinsert intermediate pane, then slide internal pane back into place.
Cleaning the oven cavity
To keep the oven in best condition, clean regularly after cooling. Avoid letting food residue dry, as it can damage enamel. Remove all removable parts before cleaning: the door and rack/tray support frames. For specific cleaning products, run oven at maximum temperature for 15-20 minutes to eliminate residue.
Drying
Cooking generates moisture. After cooking: cool appliance, remove dirt, dry interior with a soft cloth, and leave door open until dry.
Removing self-cleaning panels and rack/tray support frames (on some models only)
Removing these parts allows easier cleaning of the sides. This should be done each time the automatic cleaning cycle is used. To remove rack/tray support frames: pull frame inwards to release from groove A, then slide out of seats B. Ensure self-cleaning panel is not detached. After cleaning, reassemble parts.
Regenerating the self-cleaning panels (on some models only)
The regeneration cycle (catalytic) removes light grease residues using heat. It does not remove sugar-based residues. Clean oven base and top with a damp microfibre cloth. Set regeneration cycle (fan-assisted function, max temperature, 1 hour). If panels are dirty, remove and wash with liquid soap, rinse, dry. Reinstall panels and use fan-assisted function at 180°C for an hour to dry. Recommended every 15 days.
Removing racks/trays support frames
Removing these frames allows easier side cleaning. Pull frame inwards to unhook from groove A, then slide out of seats B. Repeat procedures to reassemble.
Vapor Clean (on some models only)
⚠️ See General safety instructions. Vapor Clean is an assisted cleaning procedure that softens dirt with heat and water vapour for easier removal.
Preliminary operations
- Completely remove all accessories from the oven.
- Remove the temperature probe, if present.
- Remove self-cleaning panels, if present.
- Pour approx. 120 cc of water onto the oven floor.
- Spray a water and washing up liquid solution inside the oven, directing spray towards walls, upwards, downwards, and towards the deflector (approx. 20 times). Do not spray the deflector if it has a self-cleaning coating.
- Close the door.
- During the cycle, wash removed self-cleaning panels separately in warm water and detergent.
Vapor Clean cycle setting
- Turn functions knob to symbol or .
- Turn temperature knob to symbol.
- Allow cycle to run for 18 minutes.
Vapor Clean End
- Turn function knob to 0 to exit.
- Open door and wipe away less stubborn dirt with a microfibre cloth.
- Use a non-scratch sponge with brass filaments for hard deposits.
- Use specific oven cleaning products for grease residues.
- Remove residual water.
- Replace self-cleaning panels and rack/tray support frames.
For hygiene and to avoid odours:
- Dry the oven interior with a fan-assisted function at 160°C for 10 minutes.
- If self-cleaning panels are fitted, dry with a simultaneous catalytic cycle.
We recommend wearing rubber gloves.
We recommend removing the door for easier manual cleaning of hard-to-reach parts.
Extraordinary maintenance
Seal maintenance tips
The seal should be soft and elastic. Clean with a non-abrasive sponge and lukewarm water.
