The snom 320 is an affordable, yet powerful SIP business telephone ideal for offices and users making frequent calls. It features a built-in full-duplex speakerphone and supports three-party conference bridging.

Its 2x24 semi-graphical LCD display and menu-driven user interface facilitate easy feature management. The phone includes 12 programmable keys with LEDs for flexible identity access and key configuration. Additional features include a 100-number call memory, a 100-entry onboard address book (with upload capability), custom call blocking, configurable ringtones, auto-answer mode, and Do Not Disturb (DND).

The snom 320's integrated web server simplifies end-user configuration, screen dialing, and access to call history. It is remote-manageable and firmware-upgradable, designed for easy installation and self-configuration. Broad codec support and full compatibility with current SIP recommendations ensure interoperability. It supports STUN (NAT traversal), ENUM (for dialed-number resolution), and other advanced features for flexible deployment behind local proxies, IP PBXs, or hosted VoIP services.

The snom 320 supports the SRTP standard for protection against eavesdropping and TLS for signaling and authentication data security. The built-in three-party conference bridge helps reduce the need for external conference bridges or media servers, lowering total cost of ownership while maintaining high audio quality and low latency.
