Introduction
This LED controller is designed to drive constant voltage RGB+White LED products such as LED tape light or LED fixtures in a voltage range of 5-24 volts DC. The receiver works with the RF wireless remote control, which allows the user to choose between multiple colors, adjust the LED brightness, and select dynamic effects.
Receiver & Wiring
Wiring Diagram Description: The diagram illustrates the connection between a power supply (5-24V DC, 100/230V AC input), the LED Controller, and the LED Lighting. It shows input terminals on the controller marked for power supply connection (+ to +, - to -) and output terminals marked for LED lighting connection (+ to +, G to G, R to R, B to B, and W to W). The controller is rated for 5-24V DC output.
1. Input - from power supply
The controller input and output voltage range is 5-24 volts DC. Ensure the LED lighting voltage is within this range and below the rated wattage of the power supply. Connect input wires from the power supply to the controller, observing the polarity markings (+ to + and – to –).
2. Output - to LED lighting
Observe polarity indicated on the controller when connecting to LED lighting (+ to +, G to G, R to R, B to B, and W to W). Ensure the voltage of the LED lighting matches the power supply voltage and the maximum load does not exceed the controller's rating. CAUTION: Shorting of output cables can cause permanent damage to the controller. Ensure cables are well insulated from each other.
3. Wiring diagram
Connect the power supply to the controller input and the controller output to the LED lighting. The output voltage of the power supply must match the voltage of the LED lighting. Ensure all power cables are securely connected and insulated before powering on.

Remote Control
The RF remote control features several buttons for operating the LED controller. The layout includes:
- 4. On / Off: Press "I" to turn on, "O" to turn off. The controller remembers its last state.
- 5. Mode Selection: Cycles through RGB, White, and RGB+White modes. In RGB mode, the white channel is disabled. In White mode, RGB channels are disabled. RGB+White mode enables all channels.
- 6. Select static RGB color: Use "COLOR+" and "COLOR-" to scroll through preset colors.
- 7. Shortcut color keys: Press to select specific preset colors.
- 8. White brightness control: Press [+] to increase white LED brightness, press [-] to decrease.
- 9. RGB brightness control: Press [+] to increase RGB LED brightness, press [-] to decrease.
- 10. Dynamic effect: Use "FX→" and "FX←" to select dynamic effect modes. Use "FX SPEED→" and "FX SPEED←" to adjust the effect speed.
- 11. Remote indicator: A blinking light indicates the remote is working. Slow flashing indicates low battery, requiring a CR2032 battery replacement.
Remote Control Operation
12. Using the remote control
Remove the plastic battery insulation tab before use. The RF wireless remote works through walls and doors. Do not install the receiver in a metal enclosure.
13. Pairing with a new remote control
Up to five remotes can be paired to one receiver. To pair a new remote:
- Disconnect power to the receiver and wait five seconds.
- Reconnect power and wait ten seconds.
- Press the [On/Off] and [RGB] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the remote indicator flashes quickly.
14. De-pairing remotes
To de-pair a remote, pair the desired remote with the controller; any other paired remotes will be de-paired.
Overheat Protection
If the controller overheats, it will automatically shut down until the temperature drops to a safe range. If this occurs, verify that the output current is below the rated level.
