Site Restrictions For The Product Installation And Use
- ?️ Do not use outdoors when it rains or in other bad weather conditions.
- ?️ Playing with the bouncer outdoors in windy conditions (over 32 kilometers/hour) is not allowed. Gusts may lift stakes and blow the bouncer off the ground.
- ⛰️ Please do not set up the product on a slope or uneven ground.
- ? Do not place the product near any water source or puddle.
- ? Warning! Never place it on hard ground surfaces like concrete or asphalt, as a fall can cause severe injury. For extra protection, an impact-absorbing cushion, soft pad, or mat is highly recommended underneath.
Precautions For Stakes
Ground support stakes are used for lawn ground surfaces to maintain stability. To prevent overturn or lift, ensure enough stakes are used and firmly pushed into the ground.
- Make sure the ground condition meets installation requirements (soil, weather, environment).
- Carefully check and remove all obstructions affecting stake installation.
- To maintain stability and prevent shift/overturn due to external force or weather, ensure straps are tied properly to stakes and stakes are pushed vertically and firmly into the ground.
- Do not drive stakes at an angle; keep them vertical. For best strength, push into hard and dry soil. Soft/wet soil may weaken stability.
- Place stakes level with or under the ground to avoid tripping hazards.
Precautions For Playing
- No upside-down (head down) sliding, as it can lead to serious head injury. Always slide with feet down. Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Strictly observe operation rules in function areas like slides and climbing walls.
- Keep pets away from the inflatable product or blower during use.
- Do not attach items not specifically designed for the inflatable device (e.g., jump ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes, cables, wires, chains), as these may cause suffocation accidents.
- Ensure children play in the designated activity area and under adult supervision at all times.
- The entrance and exit of the castle must remain unobstructed. No obstacles should be within 72 inches (approx. 1.8 meters) of any points of the slide opening.
- User Dress Code: Avoid and remove headgear, loose clothing, hard/sharp/dangerous objects (jewelry, capes, scarves, helmets, etc.).
- When playing, separate children with large age gaps to avoid danger.
- Prevent users from climbing or hanging on the walls.
- Prevent inappropriate activities like rolling, shaking, colliding, wrestling, chasing, or other intense/rough plays.
- Food, drinks, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited while playing on the bouncer.
Precautions For Blower
Warning-Electrocution Hazard!
- To avoid circuit overload, do not use extension cords with the blower.
- Adult supervision is required at all times. Not recommended for children under 12.
- As with all electric products, operation and moving require careful attention. Observe precautions strictly during operation. To avoid electric shock or severe injury, read the following guidelines carefully.
- Keep all electrical lines, radios, speakers, and other electrical appliances away from the inflatable bouncer.
- Warning-Electrocution Hazard! Do not set up the bouncer near or under electrical wires.
- To prevent electric shock, do not immerse the blower in water or wipe with a damp cloth. Use a wrung cloth for cleaning.
- Do not run the cord under carpeting, throw rugs, runners, or similar covering.
- Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas.
- Keep away from fire. Keep the blower away from water during use.
- Do not disconnect the blower during use.
- Do not use in bad weather conditions.
- Check the general condition of the device and power sources before each use. Do not operate the blower with a damaged cord or plug. If a defect is noticed, do not use it under any circumstances. Discard the blower or return it to an authorized service facility for examination and repair.
- Warning! To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use the blower with any solid-state speed control device. Unplug or disconnect the blower from the power supply when not in use or servicing.
Installation Instructions
Step A: Carefully check the ground first. Ensure the setup area is clean from any hard objects and debris. Unfold the main structure and set it up on a flat, tender ground surface. Maintain at least 2 meters (approx. 6.5 feet) of safe distance in surroundings.
Step B: Place the electrical blower in a dry place, away from water sources. Stretch the inflation tube and attach it to the blower's nozzle, ensuring the tube is smooth and untwisted. Plug into an electrical outlet and turn on the blower. Inflation takes about 1 minute. Keep the blower activated and operational whenever the bouncer is in use.
Step C: To maintain structure stability and prevent shift/overturn, ensure straps are tied properly to stakes and stakes are pushed firmly into the ground. Anchor the product and blower with sufficient, corresponding ground stakes before playing.
Additional Installation Notes:
- Unpack the slide and all accessories. Unfold and lay on a smooth, level, unobstructed area (grass or dirt). The surface should be free of rocks, bumps, depressions, sticks, or any debris that might rip or tear the material.
- Ensure there are no underground pipelines, sprinkler systems, electrical wires, or other public facilities in the desired area before setting up the inflatable.
- To protect the bottom of the inflatable from tearing or damage, place a tarp or mat underneath.
- Place an impact-absorbing cushion, such as an EVA foam pad, on the ground next to the climbing wall and the end of the slide to protect children from accidental falls. Ensure no obstacles are within 72 inches (approx. 1.8 meters) of any points of the slide opening.
- Note: Considering the size difference after inflation, the castle should be set up with a minimum clearance of 10 ft (3m) from any free-standing structures or obstructions (e.g., houses, garages, fences, trees, clotheslines, electrical wires, playground equipment, large rocks). Maintain a minimum clearance of at least 2 meters (approx. 6.5 feet) around the unit while in use.
Response To Emergency
- During play and operation, an adult guardian must carry a mobile phone with saved emergency phone numbers for immediate assistance in case of an emergency or accident.
- It is highly recommended that adult guardians be certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). In an emergency, immediate application of CPR can be lifesaving.
Deflate And Fold
Deflate:
- Ensure all children and the blower are out of the structure before deflation.
- Turn off the blower switch and unplug the power cord. The structure will collapse quickly.
- Detach the inflation tube from the blower and set it aside.
- Remove all ground stakes.
Fold:
- Fold the product from the outer part inward, driving out as much air as possible. Fold it into a long rectangle shape.
- Finish folding from the end opposite the inflation port towards the inflation tube side, ensuring the surface is covered properly.
- Place the folded bouncer into the provided storage bag.
Maintenance Instructions
Inspection and routine maintenance must be carried out at regular intervals to avoid risks from cracks or leakage.
- Ensure the bouncer is completely dry before storing. Residual water can damage the material. Never store the inflatable when it is still wet or damp. Allow it to dry outdoors completely before storage.
- Store the product and blower in dry conditions indoors when not in use.
- Check the general condition of the product regularly (before, during, and after each use) for tears, holes, or other damages. Do not use a damaged or deteriorated product, as it may affect performance and stability, posing a risk of serious safety problems.
- Regularly check the ground stakes holding the inflatable in place. Damaged or loosened stakes affect stability and anchoring, potentially leading to shift, overturn, or lift of the bouncer, posing a risk of severe injuries.
- After each use, carefully check the surface and gaps, and remove all debris. Allow to dry before storage.
- The inflatable is made from nylon fabric. Clean the surface with a cloth and neutral, non-inflammable, non-toxic cleaners, or rinse with water. Allow to dry before storage.
- Do not use chlorine-based or bleach-based cleaners, as they may damage threads. Do not use bathroom detergents. Avoid cleaners warned as "Do not use on soft vinyl" or any abrasive cleaners.
- Since children have close contact with the product, ensure you use a safe and non-toxic cleaner.
- Food or drinks on the inflatable or blower are strictly prohibited.
Blower Maintenance
- Properly turn off and unplug the blower after operation.
- Regularly check the blower for unsafe conditions, including damaged cords, plugs, or extension cords. If damage is found, do not use the blower and seek professional repair.
- The blower is equipped with thermal auto-rest protection. If the motor overheats, the protector will trip. Turn off the blower and let it cool down. Follow blower instructions and check for incorrect operations that may cause overheating.
- The blower does not require lubrication oil and has no user-serviceable parts.
- To maintain the service lifespan of cords and electrical components, never leave the blower outside or in wet weather conditions when not in use.
- To prevent electric shock, do not immerse the blower in water or wipe with a damp cloth. Use a wrung cloth to clean the surface. Allow to dry before storage.
- Do not clean the blower with chemical solutions or cleaners, as they may corrode the coating and plastic parts.
- Store the blower indoors in a safe, dry location away from children when not in use.
- Loosely coil the cord when storing the blower.
Repair And Disposal Instructions
Patching
- A repair kit is supplied with each product. You can fix fabric tears or small cracks yourself using the kit and a needlework package.
- First, cover the damaged area with a sizeable fabric patch from the kit, then sew the patch to completely cover the tear.
- Important: Repair should only be done on the external layer of the original fabric. Do not pierce the internal layer, as this may impact the structure's stability.
- An adhesive pudding piece is included for emergency use.
- For large tears or internal structural damages beyond the repair kit's capability, stop using the product. It is recommended to replace the structure or entrust it to a professional for repair. Patching the same crack or tear more than twice is not recommended.
- Ensure needles are removed from the product after sewing and are stored safely away from children.
Disposal
- Ensure no hazardous conditions are created during disposal. Do not discard the product near fire sources or exit routes.
- Blowers should only be discarded at specialized disposal centers for electrical and electronic waste.
- Button cell batteries must be disposed of through special household or battery collection programs as hazardous waste.
Precautions For Inflator
WARNING: This product can only be used for adult operation!
The metal-tipped inflatable orifice is used in football and basketball. The black plastic inflatable head is for red baseball bats.
After full inflation, please hold the product gently, pull out the pump, and cover the opening.
Common Problem
- ❓ What if there is air leakage at the suture of the product?
- Air leakages from pinholes and part conjunctions are considered normal. This is to ensure balanced pressure and avoid over-inflation.
- ❓ Found pinholes in some parts of the product?
- Because the inflatable castle's structure is seamed using traditional sewing technology, the product may contain some pinholes (less than 6mm). These will not affect the operation or use of the product.
- ❓ Do you need to turn off the blower after the product is inflated?
- Do not turn off the blower while in use, otherwise, the castle will shrink.
- ❓ If it is a product with the function of playing with water, how to store it?
- Water seeping inside the castle is common. Dry it at an angle to empty any water. Ensure the bouncer is completely dry before storing. For general storage, keep it in a dry and well-ventilated space.
