Scoot and Ride Highwaykick 1

The Highwaykick 1 is designed for children aged 1-5 years with a maximum bodyweight of 50 kg (110 lbs).
Assembly and Instructions
Assembly should only be performed by adults. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and wheels are securely fastened and show no signs of wear.
Key Assembly Steps:
- 2.1 Assembling: Follow the diagrammatic steps for assembly.
- 2.2 Handle-bar height adjustment: Adjust the handle-bar to the appropriate height for your child.
- 2.3 Mode switch: Switch between 'Scoot' and 'Ride' modes as needed.

Safety Instructions
- Always ensure your child wears a helmet, elbow pads, wrist guards, and knee pads.
- Ensure your child wears shoes with rubber soles.
- Do not allow your child to ride on steep slopes, as high speed increases the risk of injury.
- The Highwaykick has a spring brake system. To slow down, step on the brake with your left or right foot.
- Be aware that the brake can get very hot; explain to your child that direct contact after braking can cause burns.
- Never exceed a speed of 10 km/h (6.2 MPH).
- Ensure your child does not ride on streets or areas with traffic.
- Always follow traffic rules and regulations in public areas.
- Only one child is allowed on the Highwaykick at a time.
- Never allow your child to ride at dawn or during nighttime.
- Clean the kickboard with a damp cloth after each use and regularly clean and grease the bearings.
- Check all screws and tighten them at least every 3 weeks.
- Do not use the Highwaykick on wet, oily, sandy, dirty, icy, rough, or bumpy surfaces.
- Ensure the product is used with caution, as skill is required to avoid falls or collisions.
- Remove any sharp edges that may develop to prevent injuries.
- Do not change anything on the Highwaykick, as this will void the warranty and compromise safety.
Warnings
- Like cycling, skateboarding, or inline skating, riding the Highwaykick carries risks even under the best conditions and can lead to accidents.
- Always equip your child with a certified helmet. Unprotected falls can cause severe or fatal injuries.
- Riding at dawn, at night, or in conditions of limited visibility is dangerous and increases the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Ensure your child never rides without protective gear and wears highly visible and reflective clothing.
- Be careful with your fingers when using the adjustment mechanism, as carelessness can lead to bruises.
- Never leave children unattended or without complete protective gear and appropriate footwear. Ensure children do not ride at night or in traffic areas.
- Be aware that the brake gets hot during use.
Care and Warranty
- Regularly check all screws for tightness and wheels for wear, replacing them if necessary.

- Clean the Highwaykick with a damp cloth after each use and perform a visual inspection.
- The product is subject to the minimum statutory warranty of the particular country for material and production defects.
- Warranty claims are only valid with proof of purchase. Keep your receipt.
