Getting Started
Step 1: Attach Side Brushes
Insert the two side brushes into the corresponding slots on the underside of the RoboVac unit. Ensure they click into place.
Step 2: Set Up the Clean Station
Place the Auto-Empty Clean Station on a level surface against a wall. Ensure adequate clearance around it.
Step 3: Connect the Charging Dock Base
Connect the charging dock base to the clean station.
Step 4: Understanding LED Indicators
The RoboVac features LED indicators for Wi-Fi status, power, and battery level.
Step 5: Charge the RoboVac
Place the RoboVac onto the charging contacts of the dock. The unit will begin charging. Allow it to fully charge before first use.
Step 6: Optimal Placement for Charging Station
Position the charging station with at least 0.5 meters (1.6 ft) clearance on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 ft) in front for optimal Wi-Fi reception and docking.
Operating Your RoboVac
Step 7: Initial Operation
Press the power button to start cleaning. The RoboVac will automatically navigate and clean your home.
Step 8: MAX Mode
Select MAX mode for increased suction power when needed.
Maintenance
Step 9: Emptying the Dustbin
Regularly empty the dustbin located inside the RoboVac unit. The Auto-Empty Clean Station will automatically empty the internal dustbin after each cleaning cycle.
Step 10: Cleaning Brushes
Clean the main brush and side brushes regularly to remove tangled hair and debris.
Connecting to the Eufy Home App
To control your RoboVac remotely, download the Eufy Home app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Follow the in-app instructions to connect your RoboVac to your Wi-Fi network.
