Key Features and Operation
Turning the E-bike ON/OFF: Pedal assistance is OFF when you turn on your e-bike. Always turn off the e-bike after riding or parking. The e-bike will automatically turn off after six minutes of inactivity to save power.
Pedal Assistance: Select your desired assist level using the controls on the remote or display. Pedal assistance will stop when you stop pedaling or reach the maximum assist speed. It will restart when you begin pedaling again, provided your speed is below the maximum assist level.
Walk Assistance: This feature provides a small push when walking your bike. Use it only when walking and ensure the wheels are touching the ground.
Battery Care
Fully charge the battery before your first ride and monitor the charge level during use. Charge the e-bike in dry, indoor areas within the recommended temperature range (0-40°C / 32-104°F). Only use the Hyena charger provided. Do not leave a charging e-bike unattended and disconnect the charger once fully charged.
Important Safety Information
Braking: E-bikes are heavier and faster than standard bicycles. Brake sooner and with a lighter, gradual pull on the levers. Brake evenly with both front and rear brakes.
Awareness: Be aware that e-bikes can reach higher speeds. Drivers and pedestrians may not expect this. Ride with extra care and pay attention to your surroundings.
Rules of the Road: Always follow local traffic laws and regulations when riding your e-bike.
Maintenance: Never attempt to open or repair any part of the electrical system yourself. Contact your local authorized e-bike retailer for any service needs.
Disposal: Dispose of e-bike components and packaging according to local environmental laws and regulations. Do not dispose of e-bike parts with household waste.
