Shopping Guide
Safety
This furniture must be fixed to the wall with the included wall fastener. Different wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home (not included). Tempered glass must be handled with care! A damaged edge or a scratched surface can cause the glass to break suddenly. However, only into small pieces, never into sharp fragments.
Introduction
This is BILLY, our most versatile bookshelf. It can be the start of your own library, where your books are protected and you feel inspired to read. BILLY comes in various heights and widths, as well as different finishes and materials to suit all books and rooms. As your library grows, you can add additional shelves and height extension units to fit your needs.
History & Improvements
The BILLY bookshelf was born in 1979 and soon became a popular favorite. We are constantly working to improve the details and make the shelving unit even better. Some improvements are barely noticeable, while others can be seen immediately. For example, we have now made BILLY more durable, improved the finish, and made the shelves stronger.

Customizable Library Setup

Corner Solution

With BILLY corner accessories, you can easily build a corner solution using the classic shelving unit. Start by placing a 40 cm wide bookshelf in the corner. The accessories will help you position the shelves at the correct angle and make the solution neat and stable. With a height extension unit, wall space is utilized to the maximum, while floor space is cleared.
