This document outlines the characteristics of the special offer: Sky TV + Sky Calcio, and the costs incurred in case of early termination or package removal.

Sky Smart Characteristics

Commercial Name: Special Offer Sky Smart: Sky TV + Sky Calcio

Type: Subscription to Sky TV via internet with Stream decoder and Sky Smart Profile, including the Base Package (Sky TV) and the Sky Calcio package.

Included Features (Sky Stream): HD viewing, On Demand, Restart (via streaming), Voice Control.

Additional Packages Available: Sky Sport, Sky Cinema, Sky Kids, Entertainment Plus (Sky TV + Netflix).

Paid Additional Services: Sky Ultra HD.

Free Additional Services: Sky Go.

Target Clientele: New customers.

Activation Fee & Installation Cost (One-time): €19 (instead of €99). This includes the service activation fee (€80 discounted to €19) and the Sky Smart Profile activation fee (€19 discounted to €0). Decoder delivery cost for Sky stream is included (instead of €49).

Deposit: A security deposit may be requested for materials provided on loan, and as a guarantee for credit and potential fraud, up to a maximum of €129.

Contract Duration, Minimum Commitment, and Post-Commitment Conditions

Contract Duration: 18 months from the service activation date by Sky, with automatic renewal every 18 months unless cancelled. The right to withdraw from the contract at any time is reserved.

Minimum Commitment Period (Sky Smart Offer): 18 months from the contract start date. Withdrawal is possible at any time, with reimbursement of promotional costs as detailed in the "Costi di recesso" section.

Conditions after Minimum Commitment: After the minimum commitment period, the subscription will automatically switch to Sky Open profile conditions. Customers can choose to cancel the contract or renew their Sky Smart Profile under the terms and conditions in effect at that time, as specified in the "Canone di Abbonamento mensile" and "Altri costi" sections.

Monthly Subscription Fee

The subscription fee for the 18-month duration can be paid in periodic installments. The amounts below represent the monthly subscription fee.

For the first 18 months:

• Sky TV: €10.90/month (instead of €25/month)
• Sky Calcio: €5/month (instead of €8/month)

These prices include additional discounts specific to the Sky Smart profile (€4/month for Sky TV, €3/month for Sky Calcio), which do not count towards the calculation of discounts to be repaid for early termination or package removal.

Additional Packages:

• Sky Kids: €5/month
• Sky Sport: €22.90/month (instead of €26.90/month) for the first 18 months
• Sky Cinema: €10/month (instead of €14/month) for the first 18 months
• Entertainment Plus (Sky TV + Netflix): Available with Sky TV subscription.
  • With Netflix Basic: €19.90/month (instead of €30/month) for the first 18 months
  • With Netflix Standard: €26.89/month (instead of €36.99/month) for the first 18 months
  • With Netflix Premium: €32.89/month (instead of €42.99/month) for the first 18 months

Technological Services:

• Sky Go: No additional cost beyond the subscription fee.
• Sky Ultra HD: €5/month.

From the 19th month: Subscription automatically applies Sky Open profile conditions and the list price in effect at that date. Alternatively, it's possible to renew the Sky Smart Profile under the prevailing conditions, including a renewal fee as specified in "Other Costs". The available discount for new Sky Smart Profile subscriptions may vary; please check www.sky.it for applicable discounts and renewal fees before renewing.

If the Entertainment Plus subscription is terminated, the main subscription continues under the terms of the "General Subscription Conditions for Sky Service applicable to Sky Open and Sky Smart Profiles" in effect at that time, including the Sky TV package and prevailing economic conditions.

Early Termination Costs

In case of early termination before the 18-month minimum commitment for the Sky Smart Profile, discounts received will be repaid. The amount due increases from the 1st to the 5th month, remains constant from the 6th to the 13th month, and decreases from the 14th month to zero by the 18th month.

Package Removal Costs

In case of package removal before the minimum commitment period for the Sky Smart Profile expires, discounts received for the removed package(s) or optional service(s) will be repaid. The amount due increases from the 1st to the 5th month, remains constant from the 6th to the 13th month, and decreases from the 14th month to zero by the 18th month.

Note on Packages: Packages refer to Sky Cinema and Sky Sport. Sky Calcio, Entertainment Plus (Netflix), Sky Kids, Sky Ultra HD, and Sky Multiscreen services do not contribute to the calculation of discounts received.

The customer does not need to repay the discount received for activation/installation costs.

The discounts shown are for the initial package combination chosen by the customer. Amounts may change if the customer adds or removes packages during the first 18 months.

Sky reserves the right to modify economic and contractual conditions, as permitted by law and for justified reasons outlined in the General Conditions. Sky will provide at least 30 days' notice for any such changes. Customers may withdraw from the contract without penalty or deactivation fees in such cases.
