Product Overview

The SALTO Neo Australian Oval cylinder is designed to fit most Euro doors equipped with a European profile cylinder mortise lock. It is part of the SALTO ECOSYSTEM.

Installation Steps

1. Step 1.1: Prepare Cylinder

   Attach the lever mechanism to the cylinder. [Diagram showing lever attachment]

2. Step 1.2: Insert Batteries

   Insert batteries into the cylinder. Ensure correct polarity. [Diagram showing battery insertion with positive and negative terminals indicated]. Use only recommended batteries.

   Important: Ensure batteries are inserted correctly. [Green checkmark] Incorrect insertion will not work. [Red X]

3. Step 2: Install Cylinder into Lock Body

4. Step 3: Secure Cylinder

5. Step 4: Install Lever Handles

6. Step 5: Final Assembly

7. Step 6: Program Cylinder

   Important: AT THIS POINT DO NOT CLOSE THE DOOR. PROGRAM THE CYLINDER FIRST.

   • English: DO NOT CLOSE THE DOOR. PROGRAM THE CYLINDER FIRST.
   • German: TÜR, NICHT SCHLIESSEN. ZUERST SCHLOSS PROGRAMMIEREN.
   • French: NE FERMEZ PAS LA PORTE. PROGRAMEZ LE CYLINDRE AVANT.
   • Spanish: EN ESTE PUNTO NO CIERRE LA PUERTA, PROGRAME PRIMERO EL CILINDRO.
   • Chinese: 此时请勿关闭门，首先编程圆柱体。

Battery Change

1. Step 1: Prepare for Battery Change

   Ensure the cylinder is in a dry state. [Text labels: DRY! TROCKEN! DROG! SECO! ASCIUTTO! SEC! 干式]

2. Step 2: Remove Cylinder Cover

3. Step 3: Replace Batteries

4. Step 4: Reassemble and Test

   4.1 Reinsert the cylinder. [Diagram showing cylinder reinsertion]

5. Step 5: Reattach Cylinder Cover

Installation and Use Recommendations

Important:

• Do not place any movable metallic object closer than 5cm in front of the reader. [Diagram illustrating this warning with a metallic object and a 5cm distance indicator].
• The knob is uniquely paired to the cylinder and will not work if you switch to a different SALTO cylinder. [Diagram showing two paired rings].
