The Uranus Meteo Sensor by Pegasus Astro is a compact device designed for astronomers and astroimagers. It provides precise measurements of ambient temperature, humidity, pressure, cloud height, cloud coverage, astronomical dawn, twilight time, and night sky brightness.
Communication with the device is established via a USB to Serial interface. The sensor supports a command protocol for accessing its various functions and data, including general device status, sensor readings (temperature, humidity, pressure, sky quality), GPS information, and astronomical calculations like sunrise and sunset times.
The device is compatible with firmware up to version 1.2 and operates using the metric system for all its outputs.
