Canon PIXMA E560 Printer Driver Installation Guide for Windows via Wi-Fi

Important Notice

⚠️ Attention: Please do not plug the USB cable until the driver prompts you to do so, to avoid system errors.

The following steps and screens are for reference only. Actual operation screens may vary depending on the device model, system, or software version.

Download and Installation Procedure

1. Go to the Canon webpage and download the printer driver:

   https://hk.canon/en/support/pixma%20e560/model

2. Choose and download the following file:

   E560 series Full Driver & Software Package (Windows 10/10 x64/8.1/8.1 x64/8/8 x64/7/7 x64/Vista/Vista64/XP)

3. Click "Next" [▶️ Next].

Installation Process

4. Please wait for the installation.

5. Click "Wireless Connection" [? Connect].

6. Click "Next" [▶️ Next].

8. Click "Connect to the network" [? Connect].

9. Click "Other setup" [? Setup].

10. Click "Wireless Setup Using the USB Cable" [? Connect via USB].

11. Choose "Asia", then click "Next" [▶️ Next].

12. Choose "Hong Kong SAR China", then click "Next" [▶️ Next].

13. Choose the software for installation, then click "Next" [▶️ Next].

14. Click "Yes" [✔️ Yes].

15. Click "Next" [▶️ Next].

16. Please wait.

17. If the following screen appears, choose "Set up the network connection via USB" [? Connect via USB] and click "Next" [▶️ Next].

18. Connect the printer and computer with the USB cable, then please wait.

20. Choose the access point, type in the network key, then click "Connect" [? Connect].

23. Unplug the USB cable, then click "Next" [▶️ Next].
