Damage from incorrect connection is not covered by warranty. Use the appliance only for preparing meals and drinks, in private households and enclosed domestic environments, up to an altitude of 4000 m above sea level. Do not use with an external timer or remote control.

Restriction on User Group: Children aged 8+ and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities may use the appliance if supervised or instructed. Children must not perform cleaning or maintenance unless supervised and at least 15 years old. Keep children under 8 away from the appliance and power cable.

Safe Use: Always place accessories correctly. Never store combustible objects in the cooking compartment. If smoke is emitted, switch off the appliance, pull the plug, and keep the door closed.

Risk of Fire: Loose food remnants, fat, and meat juices can catch fire. Remove residues before use. Never place greaseproof paper loosely over accessories. Cut greaseproof paper to size and secure it with a plate or baking tin. Alcoholic vapours can ignite; use only small quantities of high-alcohol drinks and do not heat undiluted spirits.

Risk of Burns: Appliance parts and accessories become hot. Use oven gloves to remove accessories. Hot steam may escape when the door is opened. Never pour water into a hot cooking compartment.

Risk of Injury: Scratched glass in the door may crack. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrapers. Handle parts with care as they may have sharp edges. Keep hands away from door hinges.

Risk of Electric Shock: Improper repairs are dangerous. Only trained specialists should perform repairs. Use only genuine spare parts. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by trained staff. Never let the power cord touch hot parts or sharp edges.

Risk of Suffocation: Keep packaging material and small parts away from children.

Halogen Bulb Safety: Bulbs get very hot. Do not touch the glass cover. Ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged before changing the bulb.

Preventing Material Damage

General: Avoid moisture ingress, which can cause electric shock. Do not use steam or high-pressure cleaners. Never operate a damaged appliance or pull the power cord to unplug. If damaged, unplug immediately or switch off the fuse and call customer service.

Alcoholic Vapours: Can ignite and cause damage. Do not heat spirits (≥ 15% vol.) undiluted. Open the door carefully.

Water in the Cooking Compartment: Water at temperatures above 120 °C can damage the enamel. Do not operate with water on the floor. Wipe away water before operation. Objects on the floor can cause heat build-up and damage enamel. Do not place accessories, greaseproof paper, or foil on the floor. Only place cookware on the floor if the temperature is below 50 °C.

Steam: Hot water in the cooking compartment creates steam. Never pour water into a hot compartment. Never place cookware with water on the floor. Prolonged moisture can lead to corrosion. Allow the compartment to dry after use. Do not store moist food for long periods with the door closed.

Appliance Door: Do not place objects on the door or hang them from it. Do not place cookware or accessories on the door. Accessories may scratch the door pane. Always push accessories fully in. Avoid aluminium foil contacting the door pane to prevent discolouration.

How It Works

General Cooking Tips: Temperature and cooking time depend on food amount and recipe. Start with lower settings. Preheat only when necessary. Remove unused accessories. Avoid placing acidic food directly on the wire rack. Small amounts of nickel may pass into food in rare cases.

Notes on Baking: Use indicated shelf positions. Preheat for 5 minutes for some dishes. Use dark-coloured baking tins. When baking on multiple levels, use 'Hot air' and position tins/dishes offset from each other.

Notes on Roasting and Grilling: Settings are for chilled, unstuffed food. Adjust temperature and time based on food size. Turn poultry/meat/fish halfway through. Use the wire rack for large items. Add water to the universal pan to catch juices. Keep the door closed when grilling. Place food on the wire rack and the universal pan below to catch drips.

Roasting in Cookware: Use cookware with a lid for a cleaner compartment. Glass cookware is recommended. Place hot glassware on a dry mat after cooking to prevent shattering.

List of Foods: Recommended settings (food, accessory/cookware, height, type of heating, temperature, cooking time) are provided for various foods including cakes, tarts, bread, pizza, quiche, börek, chicken, goose, pork, beef, burgers, lamb, and fish.

Yoghurt Preparation: Place containers on the cooking compartment floor and set the appliance according to recommended settings.

Test Dishes: Recommended settings for baking various items like shortbread, Viennese whirls, cakes, and hot water sponge cake are provided.
