How to Connect
First-Time Connection
- Pick up both earbuds, remove their isolation films, and place them back into the charging case. Close the lid to activate them.
- Pick up the earbuds again.
- On your phone, search for "QCY AllyBuds E10" and tap to connect.
Note: Please download the QCY App to experience more functions before use.
Multi-Point Connection
This feature allows connection to two devices simultaneously.
- Power on the earbuds; they will automatically become connectable. Connect them to Device A, then turn off Bluetooth on Device A.
- On Device B, search for "QCY AllyBuds E10" and tap to connect.
- On Device A, tap "QCY AllyBuds E10" to finish the Multi-Point Connection.

Factory Reset
Use this procedure if you encounter connection issues.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case to ensure they are charged.
- Tap both touch panels 5 times. The earbuds will reset to factory settings (LEDs will blink white 5 times).
- Refer to "First-Time Connection" to reconnect the earbuds to your phone.
How to Wear
- Insert the earbuds and rotate them to adjust for a comfortable and secure fit.
- Position the microphone towards your mouth for optimal voice pickup.
- Improper wear may lead to a suboptimal user experience.
Functions
Control your earbuds using the touch panels.
- Power-on: Open the charging case lid and pick up the earbuds, OR pick up both earbuds and keep touching the panels for 1.5 seconds.
- Power-off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
- Answer/End Call: Double-touch either touch panel.
- Ignore Call: Keep touching either touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
- Play/Pause Music: Double-touch either touch panel.
- Skip Track Backward: Keep touching the left touch panel.
- Skip Track Forward: Keep touching the right touch panel.
- Voice Assistant: Triple-touch the left touch panel.
- Low Latency Mode: Triple-touch the right touch panel.
LED Indicators
Earbuds LEDs
- LEDs glow solid red when the earbuds are charging.
- LEDs turn white for 10 seconds when charging is complete.
Charging Case LED
- LED blinks white when the case is charging.
- LED turns white when charging is complete.
- If the case has sufficient power, the LED turns white for 4 seconds when earbuds are placed inside.
- If the case has low power, the LED blinks white for 4 seconds when earbuds are placed inside.
Warranty
Your QCY product is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt.
If defects occur due to quality issues within the warranty period, bring the warranty card and purchase receipt to an authorized dealer for complimentary replacement.

Safety Precautions
- Read and retain this user manual before use.
- If not used for over 2 weeks, please recharge the product.
- Use only chargers produced by legitimate manufacturers and certified by national safety authorities.
- If your phone cannot detect the earbuds, re-enter pairing mode or perform a factory reset. Restarting Bluetooth or the phone may also help.
