How to proceed if pairing my BlueParrott headset with my mobile device does not work
Follow the steps below if you are experiencing problems pairing your BlueParrott headset with your smartphone, tablet, or another mobile device. After each step, try again to see if your BlueParrott headset pairs successfully.
- On your mobile device, turn the Bluetooth setting off and then on again.
- Turn your mobile device off and then on again.
- Turn your BlueParrott headset off and then on again.
- Try pairing your BlueParrott headset with another mobile device. This is to confirm that your BlueParrott headset can be found by another mobile device and can be paired with it.
- Reset your BlueParrott headset.
- If you still cannot connect your headset to your mobile device, please contact our support.
