Samsung "S Series" Multi-Buy Promotion Rules

1. Organizer of the Promotion

Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, with its registered office in Vienna, at Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria, and company registration number FN 217924b, through its subsidiary Samsung GmbH, Branch Ljubljana, Letališka cesta 29A, 1000 Ljubljana, company registration number: 6398774000 (hereinafter: "Samsung"), organizes a promotion through its online store, accessible at www.samsung.com/si, for users who purchase at least two Samsung devices listed in Tables 1 and 2 in point 3 of these rules, which are available at the time of purchase in the Samsung Slovenia online store (https://www.samsung.com/si/) (hereinafter individually "device" and collectively "devices").

2. Participants and Promotion Period

The promotion is available to customers (end-users) of devices in the Samsung Slovenia online store (https://www.samsung.com/si/), who have a delivery address in the Republic of Slovenia and who meet the conditions prescribed by these rules, as well as the purchase conditions prescribed by the General Terms and Conditions of Business, which are published on the website of the Samsung online store (https://www.samsung.com/si/).

Participants in this promotion can only be natural and legal persons residing or having their registered office in the Republic of Slovenia, who purchase the device for their own needs and not for resale (end-users) and who meet the conditions prescribed by these rules.

The promotion is available to participants from 20.06.2025 to 13.07.2025 (hereinafter: "promotion period"). This promotion may end before the stated deadline in case of depletion of stocks of devices intended for this promotion. Samsung will, without delay, announce any early termination of the promotion in the same manner as these rules were published.

3. Promotion Benefits

These promotion rules govern the conditions for participation in the promotion.

The promotion allows participants to receive a discount on the purchase of at least two devices listed in Tables 1 and 2, provided that at least one device in the basket is listed in Table 1.

The discount is calculated from the lowest price of the devices from Tables 1 and 2 in the last 30 days.

The discount is calculated according to the following criteria:

• If a participant adds a total of two devices from Tables 1 and 2 to the basket, with at least one device listed in Table 1, they receive a 10% discount on the total price of the devices, considering the lowest price of the devices in the last 30 days before purchase.
• To obtain a 10% discount, the participant can add one of the following device combinations to the basket:
• One device from Table 1 and one device from Table 2.
• Two devices from Table 1.
• If a participant adds a total of three products from Tables 1 and 2 to the basket, with at least one device listed in Table 1, they receive a 15% discount on the total price of the devices, considering the lowest price of the devices in the last 30 days before purchase.
• To obtain a 15% discount, the participant can add one of the following device combinations to the basket:
• One device from Table 1 and two devices from Table 2.
• Two devices from Table 1 and one device from Table 2.
• Three devices from Table 1.
• If a participant adds a total of four products from Tables 1 and 2 to the basket, with at least one device listed in Table 1, they receive a 20% discount on the total price of the devices, considering the lowest price of the devices in the last 30 days before purchase.
• To obtain a 20% discount, the participant can add one of the following device combinations to the basket:
• One device from Table 1 and three devices from Table 2.
• Two devices from Table 1 and two devices from Table 2.
• Three devices from Table 1 and one device from Table 2.
• Four devices from Table 1.

The applicable discount will be calculated from the lowest price of the devices from Tables 1 and 2 in the last 30 days, depending on the number of devices added.

If a promotion participant adds other products available in the Samsung Slovenia online store (www.samsung.com/si/) to their basket in addition to the required combination of devices from Tables 1 and 2, the discount will not apply to the price of the additional product, but only to the prices of the devices from Table 1 and 2.

4. Other Conditions for Participation in the Promotion and Exercising the Right to Benefits

To be eligible for participation in the promotion and to receive the benefits, the following conditions must be met:

• The customer must purchase the device(s) during the promotion period.
• The customer must purchase the device(s) from the Samsung Slovenia online store (https://www.samsung.com/si/).
• The customer must add device(s) from Table 1 and 2 to the shopping cart, with at least one of the devices listed in Table 1.
• The device(s) must be purchased as an end-user; End-users are natural and legal persons residing or having their registered office in the Republic of Slovenia who purchase the device for their own needs and not for resale or distribution.

NOTE:

• For all circumstances of device purchase and sale not expressly regulated by these rules, the General Terms and Conditions of Business published on the Samsung online store website (https://www.samsung.com/si/) apply. For the processing of personal data collected for the purpose of purchase, the Privacy Policy published on the Samsung online store website (https://www.samsung.com/si/) applies.

5. Delivery of Purchased Devices and Processing of Personal Data

The delivery of all purchased devices is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Business, published on the Samsung Slovenia online store website (www.samsung.com/si/), and the processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is also available at www.samsung.com/si/.

6. Right to Amend Promotion Rules

Samsung reserves the right to amend these rules at any time for justified reasons, and undertakes to publish the amendments immediately.
