Diagrams and Controls:

The product includes visual aids for assembly and operation:

  • Fig-1: Illustrates the base of the air cooler with four designated holes for wheel installation.
  • Fig-2: Shows an icebox being placed into the water tank compartment.
  • Fig-3: Depicts the water tank with iceboxes inside, ready for water to be added.
  • Fig-4: Shows the water tank with clear markings for the maximum ("MAX") and minimum ("MIN") water levels.

The air cooler features several operating modes and functions, indicated by icons on the control panel or remote:

  • Ion: Activates the ionizer function.
  • Cooler: Engages the evaporative cooling function.
  • Swing: Controls the oscillation of the air outlet louvers.
  • Timer: Sets the operating time.
  • Speed: Adjusts the fan speed (Low, Medium, High).
  • ON/OFF: Powers the unit on or off. A small remote control icon is also associated with this function.

Assembly of the Air Cooler

  1. Installation of Wheels: Place the 4 wheels into the holes located at the base of the air cooler. Insert the wheels firmly into the air cooler's body (Refer to Fig.1).
  2. Filling Water: Turn the water tank lock to the horizontal position, then remove the water tank. Place the iceboxes inside and add clean tap water to the large section (Refer to Fig.-2 and -3). Ensure that the water level in the tank does not exceed the "MAX" level indicated on the back of the tank (Refer to Fig.-4).

Your cooler draws water from the narrow section and pumps it onto the cooling pad. Water flowing through the cooling pad spills into the large section of the tank. This cycle allows the water to absorb dust and dirt from the air. The filter in the center of the tank filters and cleans the water; it should be in place while the device is operating. Push the water tank back into its housing and turn the tank lock to the vertical position.

Insert the plug into the electrical outlet. The LED indicator showing the room temperature will light up with a beep sound, and the air cooler will enter standby mode. The unit's functions can be controlled via the on-board control panel or the remote control.

Operating the Air Cooler

  1. ON/OFF: Press the ON button on the control panel or the ON/OFF button on the remote control to turn the unit on. The unit will start at an intermediate speed and then drop to a slow speed. To return to standby, simply press the OFF button on the control panel or the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
  2. Speed: Wind speed can be adjusted to 3 levels: Low, Medium, or High, by pressing the 'Speed' button. Each press of the 'Speed' button will display an icon on the LED screen indicating the current speed level.
  3. Timer: Press the ‘Timer' button to set the fan running time between 1 and 12 hours, after which the unit will switch to standby. Each press of the button increases the hours by one, and the time indicator will light up on the screen. To cancel the timer, press the button until the indicator shows "00".
  4. Swing: Press the 'Swing' button to change the wind direction. The swing icon will appear on the screen when the function is activated. Press the button again to stop the oscillation. The vertical direction of airflow can be adjusted manually by directing the outlet louvers up and down.
  5. Cooler: To activate the air cooler function, press the “Cooler” button. The water pump will draw water from the tank and pour it onto the cooling pad. The cooling pad absorbs the water's heat, and the evaporated air is blown out by the fan. The cool breeze reduces the temperature, creating a relaxing cooling effect. Caution: If the water level is low or there is no water in the tank, do not activate the 'Cooler' function. Check the water level and add water if needed. Replace stale water with fresh water. It is recommended to replace the water in the tank at least once a week.
  6. Ionizer: Press the 'Ion' button to activate the ionizer function. The ion icon on the screen will light up, initiating the release of negative ions. These ions attract tiny airborne particles like dust pollen and mold spores, making them too heavy to remain suspended. This feature helps to provide cleaner air.
  7. Remote Control: The remote control uses a CR2025 button cell battery. Before use, pull out the plastic card inserted into the battery compartment.

Operating the Water Tank

Check the water level in the tank frequently. Ensure the water level is below the "MIN" marking on the water tank. Activating the ‘Cooler’ function with insufficient water may cause the water pump to malfunction and void your product's warranty.

Before refilling water, turn your unit to the "Off" position by pressing the switch located on the back panel and unplug the power cord.

Using the Ice Tubes

To enhance the cooling effect of your fan, you can use the supplied ice tubes. Before use, fill them with water and place them in your refrigerator's freezer compartment for a few hours. Then, place them in the large section of the tank and add water to the "MAX" level. Using ice tubes will lower the airflow temperature, creating a more effective cooling effect.

Cleaning and Maintenance

After prolonged operation, dust accumulated in the dust filter or cooling pad can affect airflow. Therefore, regular cleaning of your fan is recommended. Follow the steps below to clean your device.

Turn off the unit and unplug the power cord before cleaning and maintenance.

  1. Dust Filter: To remove the dust filter, first remove the screw. Then, simply press the locks with both hands and pull the filter out. Use a neutral cleaning agent and a brush to clean dust and dirt from the filter. To reattach the clean filter, place the bottom of the filter first, then push the upper part until it is locked tightly.
  2. Cooling Pad: After removing the dust filter, you can access the cooling pad. Press the lock in the middle and gently pull out the pad. Use a clean or soft brush to remove dust and dirt from the pad. Rinse with water if needed and let it dry in open air. Never use any chemical cleaning solution that can harm the pad.
  3. Water Tank: Turn the water tank lock to the horizontal position and pull out the tank. Use mild cleaning agents for cleaning. Wash with water and rinse the tank's housing area by gently pushing. Turn the lock to the vertical position.
  4. Exterior Cleaning: Clean the exterior case of the fan with a soft, damp cloth, avoiding the control panel. Never use harsh cleaning agents that can damage the case. Ensure the unit is dry before operating it. Caution: Never let water come into contact with the control panel. Always clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
