CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK
Charging Methods: Connect the battery pack to the Intelligent USB Charging Cable, as shown. Make sure they are connected securely. Next, plug the USB port into a USB charging adapter to begin charging.
To Charge Battery:
- Plug the USB cable into the USB Charging Cable port on the battery pack.
- Once connected, the LED will not light up.
- Plug the USB port into a USB power adapter.
- The battery pack is fully charged, the LED will turn on.
Note: Total charge time is approximately 2-3 hours.
USB Charge Options:
- Mode 1: Connect to your computer's USB port.
- Mode 2: Connect to a USB adapter.
- Mode 3: Connect to a mobile charging unit.
7.4V BATTERY SET (Included)

BATTERY SAFETY
- The TR-212 Dump Truck operates using a 7.4V 500mAh Lithium battery pack. The remote control transmitter uses (4) 1.5V AA non-rechargeable batteries (not included).
- Always install batteries, observing the correct polarity, as shown in the battery compartment diagram.
- Never attempt to recharge batteries that are not specified as rechargeable.
- Always charge batteries under adult supervision.
- Remove the remote control battery pack from the TR-212 before attempting to recharge.
- Never mix old batteries and new ones.
- Only use the included rechargeable battery pack with the TR-212, and always use a USB charger.
- Never leave drained batteries in the transmitter. Always replace them promptly. If the device is not going to be used for a long period, remove the batteries.
- Never attempt to rewire the charging port on the battery pack. Prior to charging, always inspect the battery pack wires for any signs of damage.
- Do not store battery pack or batteries near a heat source.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries can explode or leak.
- If the battery pack or batteries show any signs of damage, stop using them immediately.
- Only use the included Intelligent USB Charging Port to recharge the TR-212 battery pack.
INSTALLING BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE CONTROL

- To remove the battery cover, loosen the screw and open the cover. (Pic. 1)
- Insert (4) 1.5V AA non-rechargeable batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity as indicated in the battery diagram. (Pic. 2)
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw. (Pic. 3)
NOTE: When inserting batteries into the compartment, be sure to pay attention to the battery polarity diagram shown above. Vehicle will not work if batteries are not installed properly!
INSTALLATION OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK

- Twist the cover buckle to open the compartment. (Pic. 1)
- Connect the TR-212 port to the rechargeable battery pack. (Pic. 2)
- Place the battery pack into the compartment, close the buckle and replace the screw and tighten. (Pic. 3)
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these operating instructions carefully before using the TR-212. Failure to follow the directions in this manual may result in damage to the vehicle or personal injury.
REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTER OPERATION
Diagram Description: Shows the remote control with labels for various controls.
- Power light: Indicates the transmitter is on.
- Forward/Backward: Push this button to move the TR-212 forward or backward [forward/backward arrow].
- Left/Right Joystick: Turn the vehicle left or right [left/right arrow].
- Turn the front wheel to the left/right: Use the joystick to steer.
- Lower the hopper: (Push and hold down)
- Raise the hopper: (Push and hold up)
- Light switch: Turn lights on/off [light bulb emoji].
- Sound switch: Turn sound on/off [sound emoji].
- Power switch: Turns the transmitter on/off [power symbol].
PAIRING THE TRANSMITTER TO THE VEHICLE
The TR-212 transmitter operates using 2.4 GHz. To pair the vehicle to the transmitter, turn the power to the TR-212 and transmitter ON. The transmitter and receiver will automatically pair. The LED on the transmitter will light up, and the sound/beeps are emitted when finished.
CONTROLLING LIGHT AND SOUND
Press this button ? to turn on the sound, and press once more to turn it off.
Press this button ? to turn on the light, and press once more to turn it off.
STEERING ADJUSTMENTS
During operation, if the TR-212 begins to drift to the left or right, the steering needs to be adjusted. This is accomplished using the two steering adjustment buttons as shown below.

To make the vehicle drive straight:
- If the vehicle drifts to the left, press the right steering adjustment button.
- If the vehicle drifts to the right, press the left steering adjustment button.
VEHICLE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Use caution when removing or installing the batteries.
- Never attempt to reconfigure or modify the TR-212.
- Operate this remote controlled vehicle in dry conditions only.
- Vehicle operates best on a smooth surface.
- When running or loading the hopper, keep your fingers away from pinch points.
- To avoid damage, do not overload the hopper.
- If the TR-212 is not going to be used for an extended period of time, remove the batteries from the device.

This unit has many moving parts and caution must be used during operation to avoid injury. This vehicle is intended to be operated by users of this vehicle. This vehicle is intended to be operated in dry conditions only. Water may damage the electronics.
