Installation

Requirements
- A Wi-Fi router supporting 2.4GHz bands (5GHz is not supported).
- A smartphone or tablet running iOS 8.0 or Android 4.3 and above.
Steps
- Download the Govee Home app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app, tap the '+' icon, and search for "H6052".
- Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to the Govee Home app:

Wi-Fi disconnected or failed to connect:
- Verify the device is powered on.
- Do not skip Wi-Fi connection steps during pairing.
- Confirm your Wi-Fi router is 2.4GHz and the correct password was entered.
- Try pairing with a different smartphone to check network compatibility.
- Ensure the device is within 50ft of the Wi-Fi router.
