1. DESCRIPTION

ROBERTS® 7500 VINYL SEAM SEALER is a strong adhesive designed to seal seams in sheet flooring. With its easy application and clean-up, this durable bonding seam sealer is used with fiberglass-backed, felt-backed, heterogeneous and linoleum sheets goods.

Working Time:	Up to 15 minutes (Setup time will vary slightly with temperature and porosity of substrate)

Curing Time:	2-6 hours. Do not roll heavy furniture or appliances over the newly created seam for 24 hours.
pH:	5.5
Shelf Life:	1 year from date of manufacture when stored in the original unopened container in a controlled environment. Does not require thinning.
Storage:	Protect from freezing
VOC:	<1 g/mL

3. INSTRUCTIONS

Limitations

For interior installations only
Not for use in healthcare installs where an aseptic environment is necessary
Not for use on degraded / ripped / rolled seams, or for use as gap filler

Installation

Overlap and double cut the seam using a scrap piece of flooring, under the cut location. Roll the flooring back. Finish gluing the seam area. Fold one side into the adhesive or on tape. Apply a 1/8" bead along the seam edge and tuck edge into place. Wipe seam with a dry, clean white cloth. Roll seam with a hand roller. Repeat as needed. Clean the seam again with the same process.

Clean-up

Fresh adhesive - warm, soapy water on a clean cloth.
Dried adhesive - use mineral spirits sparingly with a clean, white cotton cloth.
DO NOT POUR DIRECTLY ONTO FLOORING.
