- For prolonged use, protectors such as earphones are recommended.
- Do not move the compressor while in operation to avoid health risks from vibrations.
- Do not tamper with the compressor; contact your supplier for maintenance or repairs.
- Do not use in enclosed environments with limited air circulation.
- Keep the compressor away from flames, heat sources, children, and animals.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sun rays; the suggested working temperature is between +5 and +50 °C.

Starting the Machine
Before starting, ensure there are no damages from transportation. Notify the dealer or transportation company immediately if damages are found.
The compressor has an air flow adjuster to control working pressure, visualized on the manometer.
Before starting the petrol engine, ensure the air hose is not under pressure and the air outlet fitting is open.
- Remove the electric cable and insert the plug into an adequate power collector, ensuring a tight fit and proper grounding.
- Verify the mesh voltage matches the value indicated on the fairing.
- To assist electric motor start, ensure the air hose is not under pressure and the air outlet cock is open.
- Turn ON the on-off switch.
- Unscrew the black lever next to the breaker valve to allow the compressor to start without strain.
- Screw the black lever (next to the breaker valve) to set the working pressure.
The compressor will now reach its set working pressure.
Turning OFF the Machine
- Check the manometer to ensure that the compressor is at its maximum pressure before turning it OFF.
- Release the air from the tank by screwing the black lever (next to the breaker valve).
- Turn the ON-OFF switch to OFF.
DO NOT STOP the engine while the compressor air tank is under pressure.
Maintenance
- Periodically clean the filter by using an air jet from the center outwards.
- Due to compressor operation and air expansion, humidity condenses inside the tank. Periodically discharge condensate by unscrewing the drain plug and slightly tilting the tank.
- Replace the filter cartridge when the air smells stale, approximately every 20/30 hours of use.
Warranty
The compressor is guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing failure. Keep the original purchasing receipt as proof of warranty validity. The date on the original data sticker on the compressor determines the warranty period. DO NOT REMOVE DATA STICKER – THIS WOULD NULLIFY WARRANTY RIGHTS.
Use the compressor only as indicated in this booklet and for its intended purpose. The warranty covers replacement of faulty parts due to assembly or manufacturing defects. Transportation or operation fees are charged to clients.
Recycling
The compressor must be scrapped according to disposal norms in the country where it will be disposed of. ♻️
