Wiring Instructions
Proper grounding is crucial for the correct operation of the gauges. Ensure a secure connection to the vehicle's engine block for the main ground.
Wire Connections:
- Ground (Black): Connect to the vehicle's engine block.
- Battery (Red): Connect to a constant +12V power source, fused at 5 amps.
- Power (Pink): Connect to accessory +12V power from the fuse panel or wiring harness.
- Water Temp (Blue): Connect to the water temperature sending unit.
- Oil Pressure (Orange): Connect to the oil pressure sending unit.
- Dimmer (Purple): Connect to parking lights for automatic dimming.
- High-Beam (Brown): Connect to the high beam headlight circuit.
- Turn Signals (Grey with White/Black Stripe): Connect to the respective turn signal wires.

Calibration and Settings
The speedometer is pre-calibrated but may require adjustment if tire size or gear ratio has been changed.
Speedometer Calibration:
- Locate a measured mile.
- Drive the vehicle over the measured mile.
- At the end of the mile, press the push-button to register the pulse count.
- The speedometer will then be calibrated to your vehicle's specific setup.
Programmable Tachometer Settings:
The tachometer can be programmed for the number of cylinders and RPM display range. Use the trip/cal button to navigate and set these parameters.
Performance Data
The Intellitronix dash kit can record and display performance data, including high speed, 1/4 mile ET, and 0-60 times. Follow the instructions to record and view this data.
