- Heavy snow load can make the roof unsafe.
- The supplied wall anchoring kit is suitable for concrete or solid brick walls only.
Before Assembly
- Site Selection: Choose your site carefully. Consider the door opening direction (inward/outward). The product must be positioned and fixed on a flat, level surface.
- Assembly is best achieved by two people and may take at least half a day.
- Take all components out of packages, sort parts, and check against the parts list.
- Lay out parts within easy reach. Keep small parts (screws etc.) in a bowl to avoid loss.
- Note that multi-sided profiles are used, so some holes may not be used during assembly.
- Review all instructions before starting and carry out steps in exact order.
- Consult local authorities if permits are required before construction.
During Assembly
- Use a soft surface under parts to avoid scratches and damages.
- You are solely responsible for determining the safety and appropriateness of the product's handling, storage, assembly, installation, or use. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.
- Use silicone lubricant spray on the frame to help slide panels into profiles (do not spray panels).
- Use a rubber mallet if necessary.
- Ensure you remove the protective plastic film from both sides of the panel.
- Steps marked with dashed outlines refer to extensions only; some steps may be irrelevant for a single product assembly.
- Temporary tightening of a few screws may be needed to prevent profiles from sliding out. Tighten all screws once assembly is completed.
Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Prepare profiles. Cut the curved profiles (3005/3010) to match the length of the main profiles (9453/9583).
- Step 2: Measure and mark the wall. Ensure a minimum distance of 25 cm / 9.8" from the door frame. Mark points 'a' and 'b' on the wall.
- Step 3: Drill holes at the marked points (6 cm / 2.4" from the edge of the profile). Attach the wall brackets (4009) to the wall using appropriate fixings.
- Step 4: Attach the main profiles (9453/9583) to the wall brackets using screws (4006).
- Step 5: Attach the side brackets (9452) to the main profiles (a). Then, attach the side panels (9450) (b) and secure them with screws (4010, 433) (c).
- Step 6: Attach the main profiles (9453/9583) to the wall brackets (4009) using screws (4000, 4010, 433).
- Step 7: Attach the mounting brackets (9451) to the side profiles (a). Then, attach the side panels (9450) (b) and secure with screws.
- Step 8: Attach the mounting brackets (9455) to the side profiles (a), then attach the side panels (9455) (b).
- Step 9: Insert the glazing panels (7872/7873) into the profiles. Use hands to guide them.
- Step 10: Attach the front profile (9454/9584) using screws (1182).
- Step 11: Insert the decorative profiles (3004/9) into the front profile.
- Step 12: Insert the decorative profiles (3004/9) into the front profile.
- Step 13: Secure the entire structure by attaching the bottom profiles (5000) to the main profiles (a, b).
