Important Safety Instructions

Read all warnings on the appliance and in the user manual before use.

• Do not cover the air inlet and outlet during operation.

• Children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, can use this appliance if supervised or instructed on safe use and understanding the hazards.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
• Use the appliance only as described in the manual. Other uses may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
• Place the appliance on a flat, dry surface before use.
• Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
• Do not insert fingers, pencils, or other objects into the grilles during operation.
• Do not operate until the base is installed.
• Do not dismantle, repair, or modify. Servicing should be done by qualified personnel.
• Ensure your power supply voltage matches the appliance's indicated voltage.
• Always unplug before cleaning or when leaving the appliance unused for extended periods. Keep hands dry when plugging/unplugging.
• Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug. Discard or return for examination/repair.
• Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover with rugs or runners. Do not route under furniture or appliances. Keep cord away from traffic areas.
• WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use with any solid-state speed control device.
• WARNING: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.

Assembling Your Tower Fan

Assembly Instructions

When using for the first time, remove wraps and attach parts as follows:

1. Hold the base halves in a crossed position, hook the arched cutout on one half onto the arched support on the other.
2. Press down on edges to click the two base halves together.
3. Thread the cord through the center opening.
4. Fit the base onto the bottom of the fan, aligning the arrows on the underside.
5. Thread the cord through all rear cord keepers and place the fan upright.
6. Rotate the base counterclockwise to lock in place.

CAUTION: Do not operate if the base is not installed. Ensure the cord is threaded through all rear cord keepers.

Connecting to Your Tower Fan

Download the "Dreo" app from your app store to connect your smart tower fan to Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Follow in-app instructions to set up your voice assistant. A Dreo account is required.

1. Launch Dreo, sign in or create an account.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in the fan.
3. Tap '+ Add Device' and select your tower fan.
4. Hold the Oscillation button [?] for 5 seconds to start WiFi connection settings. (The WiFi icon [?] will flash during pairing.)
5. Follow in-app instructions to complete WiFi connection.
6. Control the appliance via the app. (Restart connection settings by holding the Oscillation button [?] for 5 seconds again.)

Knowing Your Tower Fan

Control Panel

• Power Button [⏻]: Turn power on/off.
• Mode Button [☰]: Switch between Normal, Natural, Sleep, and Auto modes.
• Fan Speed Button [?]: Adjust airflow volume (1-6 levels).
• Mute Button [?]: Turn on/off button sounds.
• Timer Button [⏱️]: Set a timer (0-12h).
• Oscillation Button [?]: Adjust airflow direction. Long press 5s to start WiFi connection settings and device pairing.

Note: Long press Power [⏻] and Mode [☰] buttons simultaneously for 5s to reset to factory settings.

LED Display

The LED display shows current settings including mode, fan speed, timer hours, and WiFi connection status.

Using Your Tower Fan

General Operations

1. Touch Power [⏻] to turn on, and Mode [☰] to choose a working mode.
2. Touch Fan Speed [?] to adjust airflow volume.
3. Touch Oscillation [?] to change airflow direction.
4. Touch Timer [⏱️] to set a timer.
5. Touch Power [⏻] to turn off the fan.

Working Modes

• Sleep Mode: Fan speed decreases gradually every 30 minutes.
• Auto Mode: Fan speed adapts to ambient temperature.
• Normal Mode: Fan runs at a constant speed.
• Natural Mode: Fan runs at alternating speeds.

Additional Features

• Mute [?]: Turn button sounds on/off.
• Speed/Temp Switch: Long press the Mode button [☰] to switch the display between fan speed and temperature.
• Firmware Update: Check and update firmware via the Dreo app for optimal performance. Display shows "UP" during update.
• Timer [⏱️]: Set timer from 1-12 hours. Timer cancels if set to 0. Display returns to fan speed after 10 seconds.
• Memory: Fan remembers previous settings (except timer) when turned off and on again.
• Display Auto Off: Display turns off after 1 minute (5s in Sleep mode). Wake with any button. Disable in Dreo app.

Getting the Most out of Your Tower Fan

• Remove obstacles blocking airflow.
• Combine with AC for better room cooling.
• Position closer for direct airflow.
• Place ice bucket in front for extra cooling.

Note: To disable WiFi and enter low power standby, long press Mode [☰] and Fan Speed [?] buttons for 10s.

Remote Control

The remote control operates all functions of the tower fan.

Battery Replacement

1. Press the locking button to pop out the battery holder.
2. Replace with the same battery type (CR2025 3V), (+) side up.
3. Push holder in until securely locked.

Note: Replace battery if the remote indicator does not light up.

WARNING: Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Outer Surface: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Grilles & Blades: Remove dust with a vacuum or air duster.
• Base: Disassemble in reverse order of assembly.

CAUTION: Always unplug before cleaning. Do not immerse in water or get water into the motor housing. Do not use chemical agents. Store in a cool, dry place, covered.

Troubleshooting

• Fan won't turn on: Check power connection and voltage.
• Fan is shaky/wobbly: Ensure it's on a flat surface and the base is correctly installed with the cord routed through keepers.
• Fan vibrates/makes noise: Ensure it's on a flat surface and nothing is inserted into air inlets/outlets.
